I cannot speak any more highly of the whole team at MGR. From Jenny, Sophie and Will in the office to Travis & Dale who delivered on site - their service was second to none. Their flexability and commitment to quality really sets them apart from the rest. An example of this is part of the way through the job we had requested for our whirly-birds to be replaced and Travis noted that the standard ones that we had selected may not be as effective as another Superflow ventilator which is Australian designed and made for our climate. The effect that we feel in the hot summer that we are currently experiencing is amazing and I am grateful for such upfront and honest advice from Travis and the team.5 stars team - thank you very much for all of your hard work and diligent support!!

MGR have recently painted my home and it looks fantastic. From the start, Will and the team were great to communicate with always keeping me informed of the progress of scheduling. Their painter was most helpful with colour choices. The team were polite and left the place clean of all debris.I would not hesitate to recommend MGR to any one. And will use them again in the future when I am planning to replace my gutters.

They were both very friendly and polite and were able to work around a few problems presented by existing building works being a bit out of alignment and some non standard plumbing. After Cyclone Alfred we had water damage to our ceiling. The insurance company identified problems with the roof that had been there since construction and deteriorated over time. We were told that the issues with the roof were at our expense.William came out and inspected the roof, then sat down with us and fully explained their process. We were able to have input, and we agreed to what was critical to both parties.The work commenced with the roof plumber fixing the problems identified by the insurance assessor. He was very particular and very thorough, trade work that you are rarely familiar with these days. Pride in trade my husband said. He was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship.Then Damien and his crew came in to complete the restoration work. A full rescrew, clean and paint. Damien was someone that you felt that you could have full trust in. He was also very particular about his work.We are very pleased that we chose MGR Roofing to do the work. What a difference it has made aesthetically.

After 12 years of Qld weather my roof had a number of broken tiles and needed restoration. the Team at MGR were excellent in detailing exactly what needed to be done and gave me a full costed and itemised quote for the work. I found Will to be honest and upfront and Damian who carried out the majority of the work to be very, very thorough and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. The guys did a thorough clean up around the outside of the house of the dirt from the roof and the owners son Flynn even came back to clean some of the hard to reach outside windows for me. A very thorough and personal service and the roof looks amazing, highly recommend.
