While I love the fence and think Vicente and his team are great people, I absolutely hate the 1.5 to 2 inch gap in my gate doors because it defeats the purpose of having privacy. According to Vicente a 2inch gap between the gate doors is customary. Secondly, I requested and was promised a keyed lock, instead Vicente's team installed a different lock. Otherwise, the fence has transformed my space. I just wish all of my expectations were met.Update- I would definitely use them again. I get so many great compliments for their work. And they said they would fix the gap in the gate.Update: almost two years later I continue to receive compliments .Update: 6/18/26. I first used Vicente and his team five years ago, and when I recently needed additional fencing, I knew exactly who to call.Once again, Vicente and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were professional, dependable, and completed the job with exceptional attention to detail. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.My new privacy fence looks amazing and has completely transformed my backyard.
