Wow!!! I honestly had the most wonderful experience!! The head spa was just next level!!I’ve wanted it done for ages but never found somewhere local.From the moment I booked to the moment I left I really did feel like a valued customer.We did a scalp and hair analysis first which was actually a really cool experience and certainly gave me an insight to my own hair health.The property was so easy to find, the interior was so quirky yet relaxing, it felt a million miles from home in the best possible way.I even fell asleep during the treatment which is a testament to how relaxing it was.It exceeded my expectations so I will 100% go back again soon!!Loved every minute!!

I recently had the Japanese Head Spa treatment at Willow & Edge Wellness, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had.From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The treatment itself was incredibly calming, with the perfect combination of scalp cleansing, massage, and soothing techniques. It completely helped me switch off and unwind.Usma took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I really appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable she was.The atmosphere was peaceful, and every part of the experience felt luxurious, the space was calm, inviting and relaxing. I’ve had such a lovely experience at Willow and Edge Wellness and genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and beautifully presented, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a space where clients can properly switch off and focus on themselves.The head spa treatment was absolutely amazing and one of the most relaxing treatments I have ever had. The whole experience felt incredibly soothing, from the scalp treatment and massage to the attention given to making sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed, less tense and as though I had been able to completely unwind. It was not rushed at all, Usmah took the time to make the treatment feel personal rather than just following a standard routine.I have also had facials at Willow and Edge Wellness, and I have been so impressed with the results. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated and noticeably brighter afterwards. What I really appreciated was the time taken to understand my skin and explain which products and treatments would be most suitable for me. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured into booking or buying anything. The facial itself was extremely relaxing, but it also felt effective, and I could see and feel the difference in my skin afterwards.My Emsella treatments have also been a very positive experience. This can be quite a personal and sensitive treatment to discuss, but I was treated with complete professionalism, kindness and discretion. Everything was explained properly before the sessions began, which helped me feel comfortable and confident about the process. The appointments were handled in a respectful and reassuring way, and I have been pleased with the improvements I have noticed. I went here for loose skin treatment and I’m only one session in and the results are amazing already. After 12 years of post-baby skin and feeling like nothing worked, I was going to get a tummy tuck next year but I really don’t think I’ll need one anymore. Can’t wait to see the improvement after 6 sessions! Uzma was super lovely and the treatment rooms are really nice too.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! My laser journey has been phenomenal so far with great, lasting results.But what makes Willow and Edge truly special is Usmah (the owner and lady that completes treatments). She’s really great at making you feel comfortable and at ease from the get go. Her clinic is beautiful, and the environment she’s created reflects how much pride she takes in her work <3

Have just finished a course of treatment using the Esmellah chair and i must say there has been a huge improvement. After 5 children, I am very impressed with my results. Life changing results infact. Highly recommend everybody to try out willow and edge aesthetics.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I noticed a reduction after first treatment. Usmah is very knowledgeable and informative with all the areas of work she does. She is such a lovely lady. Who will always meet your needs and work with you. She makes you feel at ease from the moment you get intouch with her. Prices are very very reasonable too. I would highly recommend anyone to use Willow and Edge Aesthetics. You will not look back or choose anyone else .

Absolutely life changing, i’m always shocked everytime I look in the mirror, I suffer from PCOS & have been meaning to start my laser hair removal sessions for years now. I’ve had 5 sessions so far and the results are incredible! I just wish I only started sooner! I can’t thank Usmah enough. I've been having cryotherapy and Usma is a fantastic technician, explains everything thoroughly and checks and rechecks to make sure you're okay. The setting is so beautiful and relaxing inside. There was some minimal discomfort in the procedure but the results are amazing 👏 I would recommend to anyone wanting to target fat loss in a specific area 10/10
