I've taken care of my pool myself for over 15 years. Given my travel schedule and the fact that we replastered the pool, I decided to give someone else a try. I chose Full Splash Pools and couldn't be more pleased. They have done absolutely everything they said they would when I signed them up several months ago. Our technician Christopher is wonderful. Such a polite, hard working young man. He/they let me know when he is on his way every week and he/they send a report with test data and pictures after every visit. Also cost competitive. I HIGHLY recommend.

If you want a pool company that completely handles everything from start to finish, this is it. I run a business and didn't have the time to oversee a construction project. Stefan and Ron took care of every detail and kept me perfectly in the loop with weekly updates, whether it be the pool itself, the patio upgrade, or the landscaping, I didn't have to worry about a thing. No false promises—just realistic expectations, accurate timelines, and high-quality work. I have zero regrets and absolutely love my new backyard. We are so happy that we decided to build our dream pool with Full Splash Pools. Stefan and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. After our initial consultation, we felt very confident that Stefan would honor all our requests while maintaining high quality work. Through Stefan’s great understanding of Harris County and Historic Heights regulations, our permit was quickly accepted. We immediately broke ground, and the pool was constructed very quickly while not cutting any corners. Stefan and his team were very neighborly, remediating any concerns that arose from increased traffic. Now we are enjoying our new pool every chance we can get! We cannot speak any highly of Full Splash Pools.

We pay Full Splash Pools for weekly service and full maintenance (cleaning the salt cell and filter on a schedule) and our pool is a DISGUSTING SWAMP! I sent them pictures of the algae filled pool and even got my water tested myself which shows dangerous levels. Even with all my phone calls and pictures that I sent, no one called me back. I had to keep calling to ask to speak to a manager as they did not seem to take my issue seriously. Let’s see if they will be responsible and fix this disaster they created.May 31, 2026Update on the review:After this posting, Full Splash Pools realized the urgency of the situation. They were responsive and took responsibility. They came out multiple times and removed the algae from the pool and the filter. The owner, Stefan followed up with us to see if we had any further concerns or unresolved issues. We talked to him about what happened and how we had communicated our concerns about the algae issue multiple times. He seemed to genuinely care and want to do the right thing. Ultimately, Full Splash Pools took responsibility and resolved the issue. Our pool is back to being blue, the way it should be.(I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star for their efforts after the posting)

As with other pool companies in Houston, the customer service is lacking, they’ve stopped servicing my pool and I can’t get anyone to call me back to explain why. My pool is currently swampy green. What is it with terrible Houston pool service companies????
