This brings me doubts about the longevity of the business and the client relationship. I believe the premium pricing is above market standard and not fully justified if the results and transparency don't match the claims. Less

AGENCY VAULT IS A SCAM!!!!! I was told you could receive a refund within the first few days if not satisfied. I emailed the DAY AFTER I subscribed and asked for a refund because the online course was crap - the videos didn't play and when they did they skipped - and the "add on" was just a rebranded GoHighLevel account that I already have. I emailed, texted, and called for a refund. No response. ... More

I emailed, texted, and called for a refund. No response. The phone call goes to a stupid AI interface that doesn't even ring the "support" team - if there even is one. It kept asking if I was there 2 seconds after asking me to hold on... Never once ringing the phone.Then, not only did they not respond to my multiple attempts at cancelling and getting a refund. THEY JUST CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!! This is the BIGGEST scam ever. DO. NOT. FALL. FOR. IT!!!!If I could give a -5 stars, I would. Less
