Recently our furnace went out. Bair Air does our maintenance and came to see what was going on. They worked hard trying to figure it out, sometimes being at our house up to 4 hours. The techs were wonderful as was everyone we interacted with. They kept us informed, answered texts and calls quickly. In the end we had to get a new HVAC unit. They were able to install it in less than 4 hours. Would definitely recommend Bair Air.
