One word. AMAZING! The tech came out and made this mom with a 3 year old and 10 month old very happy. Within 10 minutes he had us cooling. We were overly hot with no place to go and he came right out and got us running. Will not use anyone else from here on out!

Absolutely 5 stars! They showed up within an hour of calling, got my AC fixed quickly, and were extremely professional the entire time. Not only did they get everything running perfectly again, but they also took the time to explain what was wrong and taught me a lot along the way. In this Florida heat, having cold air again is a lifesaver. Highly recommend these guys if you want fast, honest, and knowledgeable service!

Bair Air is 100 star company !!! When we got home from work we discovered our outside AC unit stopped working, it was reading 80 degrees inside the house. My wife called Bair Air. They answered immediately, they FaceTimed with her and diagnosed the issue immediately. The AC was back up and running within a half hour. Bair Air is AMAZING!!! This is the second time I contact Bair Air, the first time, they replaced one of my home AC Units which was completely useless as the condenser coils had completely corroded away. Out the 4 HVAC specialists I've deal with in Titusville, Bair Air were the only ones that actually performed a by-the-book system checkout (I would know since I got my HVAC Certification just before calling companies to make sure I was no going to get ripped off). There was a company that rhymed with Bair Air and wanted twice the money for an inferior single stage unit; yes, you read that correctly, Bair Air installed a dual stage system for almost half the price of the other company that wanted to rip me off.Just recently, my other unit stopped working and even though they were booked, Bair Air was still able to get my AC back up and going without making me and my family wait until who knows when they would have another opening on their schedule. I'm calling Bair Air for all of my HVAC needs from here on out; the other companies sent their salesmen instead of technician to my house and Bair Air again, were the only ones that checked out the system correctly, as they sent an actual tech to troubleshoot the unit. They'll also answer your questions. I have nothing but great things to say about them. You won't be disappointed; I sure am not!

Called for help with a burnt out fan motor. Had a crew at the house in less than 30 mins. Unfortunately didn’t have the part that afternoon, but was back at the house with the part and had it installed in less than 24 hrs. Super friendly, super fast.

After being quoted an insanely absurd amount of money by another local and "popular" HVAC company, I decided that it was necessary to "get a second opinion" (maybe even a third). Bair Air (which was highly recommended by my friend) was the second company I called about my AC problem. They came right out and diagnosed the problem. Same diagnose result as the first company I called out. Not only was Bair Air THOUSANDS of dollars less expensive for the same exact repair, but they were also very diligent and proactive about making sure that I did not miss out on the ability to receive "warranty price" if that was an option for me. Luckily for me, it was! PLEASE KNOW THOUGH... even without the warranty price, the Bair Air price quote was THOUSANDS of dollars less expensive, so don't let your worries about not having a warranty on your unit stop you from calling these folks. Another huge plus for me was that Instead of pushing me into a new AC System, the technician (Awesome work CAM!) reassured me that the integrity of my HVAC System was still in great condition, and he recommended that I keep up with the "Care Plan" which includes a full 21-point inspection to ensure the best/longest lifespan on my HVAC System before having to replace it. Long story short, I highly recommend BAIR AIR and I suggest you give them a call whenever you need any type of HVAC Services. I am very pleased!

Wire had rattled loose in the outside condenser unit causing the system to short out and burn the fuse. Cam the technician troubleshot the system until he found it within about 15 minutes had the system back up and running. Great service!
