We used States Car Service to transport our family to and from the airport for our Mexican vacation and the peace of mind we had because of their EXCELLENT communication was beyond expectation.Our flight home experienced 4 different delays, changing our arrival time each time, and they were communicative throughout all the chaos. They assured me that they were closely monitoring every change, and that they would be there to bring us home no matter what. Our exhausted family finally touched down at 3:15 am and our driver, AJ was waiting and ready to receive us! We had been traveling since 12:30 pm the previous day, and let me tell you… it was a RELIEF to get into that beautiful SUV for a decompressing ride home.Thank you to all of you that served us. AJ was our car service driver back-and-forth to the airport for our 10 day trip! He wasn’t just punctual, he was friendly helpful and even better is that he did all the heavy lifting! He communicated with us as we needed- before he picked us up from home and ten days just as our plane landed! He even had bottles of water in the car for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with him. We used States Car Service to take my family and I to and from the airport. We had a ton of luggage and a wheelchair that needed to go with us. They absolutely had plenty of room for us and our luggage. They were on time for the pick up at our house and then when we returned they were waiting at JFK for us as well. AJ was our driver both ways and his car was exceptionally clean and he was a great driver. We will be using States Car Service again for our future transporting needs. You should too!!

I had used States car service in the past to pick up my grand daughter from a concert at msg. So when I realized yesterday returning from a trip from Canada ending at jfk airport that LIRR was on strike i immediately reached out to states in the morning just before leaving Canada. They responded immediately and made arraignments to have a car at the airport. Raj the driver texted me when he arrived to let me know he was there waiting. And there he was as soon as we walked out of the terminal. Even through the nitemare of bumper to bumper traffic most of the drive back to Long Island Raj was professional and such a joy to ride in the car with us. he never got frustrated with the traffic and was so pleasant to chat with the whole way home. Great car service on time clean I use them to take me to North Shore Hospital and to be there at 5:30 in the morning and they were on time and I used them another time to take me to New Hyde Park about the same driver and if I use the Uber or Lyft, it would’ve been twice the amount.

We used States car Service for a trip to and from Laguardia airport for my whole family recently. I have to say, I was impressed. They were competitively priced and very professional in everything they did. I never had to confirm with them- they confirmed with me. They were on time with very clean cars and drivers that were friendly and helpful. AJ was a good conversationalist and a safe driver, and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. Hamza had a beautiful, comfortable car and went out of his way to find us at the airport- the day after a big snowstorm when the airport was jam packed.I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them.

So glad we decided to use states car service inc, we usually drive and park in the lot and thins ended up being hundreds cheaper then that option and above the the service was impeccable, communication all the way through the process were provided with driver name and car and license plate number they had us to the airport with 0 issues plenty of time to make our flight. On way home we had a 2 hour delay when contacting them they were already aware of the sitaution and were monitoring the plane and were waiting for us when we got there. We sent a meesage once we had our bags and were in the SUV within minutes and on our way home. Driver AJ was ourstanding very friendly and courteous. Would highly recomend them to anyone who needs a ride to the airport and now i know i never have to look for another airport service dropoff they will be my one and only call. A+++++ highly recomend. Clean SUVs plenty of room and great experience. Also was cheaper then any competiors I looked into dont hesitate, dont bother a friend relative book States Car Service and they will handle the rest.

I recently used States Car Service for round trip travel to JFK airport for my family of 4. States Car Service was terrific, and I will definitely use them again! AJ was our driver, and he was great! He picked us up exactly on time (at 4AM from my home, and at 12:30AM at JFK for the homebound trip). The car was a comfortable and roomy large SUV, the price was fair and reasonable, and AJ is a really nice guy who went out of his way to make our trips pleasant and comfortable. States Car Service gets my highest recommendation! I'm so glad I found them!
