Great car service on time clean I use them to take me to North Shore Hospital and to be there at 5:30 in the morning and they were on time and I used them another time to take me to New Hyde Park about the same driver and if I use the Uber or Lyft, it would’ve been twice the amount.

We used States car Service for a trip to and from Laguardia airport for my whole family recently. I have to say, I was impressed. They were competitively priced and very professional in everything they did. I never had to confirm with them- they confirmed with me. They were on time with very clean cars and drivers that were friendly and helpful. AJ was a good conversationalist and a safe driver, and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. Hamza had a beautiful, comfortable car and went out of his way to find us at the airport- the day after a big snowstorm when the airport was jam packed.I will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend them.

So glad we decided to use states car service inc, we usually drive and park in the lot and thins ended up being hundreds cheaper then that option and above the the service was impeccable, communication all the way through the process were provided with driver name and car and license plate number they had us to the airport with 0 issues plenty of time to make our flight. On way home we had a 2 hour delay when contacting them they were already aware of the sitaution and were monitoring the plane and were waiting for us when we got there. We sent a meesage once we had our bags and were in the SUV within minutes and on our way home. Driver AJ was ourstanding very friendly and courteous. Would highly recomend them to anyone who needs a ride to the airport and now i know i never have to look for another airport service dropoff they will be my one and only call. A+++++ highly recomend. Clean SUVs plenty of room and great experience. Also was cheaper then any competiors I looked into dont hesitate, dont bother a friend relative book States Car Service and they will handle the rest.

I recently used States Car Service for round trip travel to JFK airport for my family of 4. States Car Service was terrific, and I will definitely use them again! AJ was our driver, and he was great! He picked us up exactly on time (at 4AM from my home, and at 12:30AM at JFK for the homebound trip). The car was a comfortable and roomy large SUV, the price was fair and reasonable, and AJ is a really nice guy who went out of his way to make our trips pleasant and comfortable. States Car Service gets my highest recommendation! I'm so glad I found them!
