Mike D. has been absolutely fantastic taking care of our pool. He consistently goes above and beyond and takes a lot of pride in his work. Whether he's skimming out the seemingly endless pine needles from our neighbor's tree, checking and adjusting the chemicals, or making sure everything is running as it should, he does an amazing job every week.One thing I especially appreciate is how thorough and communicative Mike is. After every service, we receive a detailed recap email with photos documenting the work he completed, the condition of the pool, chemical readings, and even confirmation that the gate was secured when he left. It's a small detail that gives us a lot of peace of mind.His communication is also excellent. If he's running behind or needs to move our service to the following day, he always gives us plenty of notice. Whenever I've had a question, Mike has been easy to reach and takes the time to explain what he's doing and why rather than just going through the motions.It's rare to find someone who is this dependable, thorough, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Our pool always looks great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone looking for someone they can trust to maintain their pool. Five stars without question!

This is t he 2nd remodel we had Houston Cool Pool do for us. Knowing your choosing a company thats been around for a long while and stands behind there workmanship is what made it easy to choose Houston Cool Pool again..Along with this and past remodel, we have used them to replace some equipment. ( Heater, pump, salt cell, and valves) . I would highly recommend them for any remodel. Miguel did a wonderful job on managing our project too!

Overall experience was great and professional. Once they were able to start after a rainy week, the job was completed quickly and the result turned out exceptional. We had the entire rock feature of waterfall, slide and grouto recolored and is literally brought the entire pool to a new life. Very satisfied with the experience and finished product.
