Set up appointment. No pressure at all to buy. They answered all our questions. Ended up liking a mattress and bought it. Did not have one in stock but was going to be in, in couple days. They called us when it came in and delivered to our house no extra cost. Also bought a couple pillows. Would definitely buy from them again. Could lay on all the beds to try out
