I’ve been going to Howard Browns for over 20 years and always been happy with their work. Fortunately not much needed but I’ve also sent friends who have always been happy too. I damaged my new Rivian and figured I’d give them a try even though at the time they were not authorized to work on Rivian’s. I also got one of the special colors so extra worry. The work was perfect and they got it back to me within two weeks. The insurance company was happy but their price was not insane like so many specialty places. I hope I don’t need them again but if so I know where I’ll go. I’m thrilled with them.

I wanted a dent and bumper repair on my car. I spoke with 5 to 6 auto body shops in my area, and when I contacted Howard Brown & Sons, I spoke with Guy and the way he explained everything had and answered my questions made me feel confident about brining my car for an inspection.What I appreciated most was that Guy didn't pressure me into any one option. Instead, he walked me through different repair options - clearly explaining the pros & cons of each.The work and service was professional.
