I brought my new-to-me 2018 Toyota Corolla to Howard Brown to fix a loose bumper. The car had been in an accident before I purchased it, and whoever did the repair prior to my buying it did not do a good job — leaving the bumper at risk of falling off over time. I was quite nervous about the cost, since the accident occurred before I had insurance on the car, making me fully responsible for the repairs out-of-pocket.Guy was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed. When I couldn't afford his initial quote, he suggested a minimum necessary repair that would secure the bumper at a price I could manage. When additional parts were needed that would bring the cost above what we had originally agreed upon, he called me to make sure I was on board before proceeding.They fixed my car quickly and I am extremely happy with their service. I would gladly recommend Howard Brown to anyone in need of auto body work.
