Quinn did a great job at our loan signing. We had to meet at a Starbucks outside with our 2 dogs due to the fact that we were staying 1 1/2 hr away until we could close on this house. We had had 3 closing dates rescheduled due to a lack of urgency on the bank foreclosure property we were purchasing. Quinn was assigned to us by Wells Fargo during a mortgage assumption and warranty deed transfer. They were very responsive, professional, and personable! We made a mistake on one of the documents and they even had a printer in their car ready to go! No complaints, only praise for Quinn!
