He thoroughly explained his process in layman’s terms and after only three months, at twice a week, my neuropathy has noticeably improved. His staff is friendly, knowledge and accommodating. I never had to wait in the lobby for any of my treatments. (How often can you say that!)

Dr. Hansbrough is a an extremely kind, compassionate and intentional doctor. He was able to get to the root cause of my symptoms which no doctor had been able to do for almost a year. He helped me come up with a treatment plan to cure my chronic inflammation. I have been under his care for about 2 months and I am finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. His patient portal is fantastic, whenever you need him, you can simply send him a message through the portal and he responds the same day extremely promptly… which is usually unheard of! I am very thankful to have found Dr. Hansbrough, I fear that if I did not find him, I would still be experiencing severe pain and discomfort every day.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I never wrote a negative review before, but I had to for this place. I heard about them through a Facebook ad and I made an appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seems like she really hates her job. I was scheduled as a new patient at 2:00 pm, and I was told to come in 30 minutes prior to fill out paperwork. I also live 30 minutes away from the office, so I left at 1 and got there at 1:30. The door was locked, and see a sign that says they are closed daily for lunch from 1 to 2. So, I waited in the Florida heat until someone unlocked the door at about 1:45 to let a male visitor out of the door. I spoke to her and told her that I was there for a 2:00 appointment and was told to come in a half hour early for paperwork. She repeatedly asked the same question, "Your appointment is at 2, right?" I agreed and was trying to tell her I needed to fill out paperwork. Instead of inviting me in or giving me the paperwork to fill out in my car, she just kept repeating herself in a condescending tone. She went back in and locked the door. Not only was I there, but a FedEx guy was also trying to deliver a package and she wouldn't come to the door to sign for the package. She just pretended that she couldn't hear anybody knocking. In closing, do not go to this place unless you really like wasting your gas money. The owner really needs to monitor their staff.

The office staff were lovely, and the doctor seemed nice, but I feel as if they knew well ahead of my appointment, that they did not take insurance. That bit of dishonesty did now sit well. I feel as if the tools they used to diagnose my issue were heavily reliant on how I responded to them, and not scientifically founded at all. I don't like parlor tricks. The sticker price was between 7k and 9k for 12 weeks depending on financing. I'm still a working stiff. We can't afford this. Most iimportantly, this doctor is a chiropractor, not a medical doctor.

SMARTEST THING I have ever done!I am now in my 6th week, receiving a program designed for my specific problems. i would be careful and never prepay. my husband and i did. we beleived in him. shortly after treatmen my husband died.i meet with dr. to see about partial refund. he said give me acouple of weeks to spek to partner. it has been alost 7 weeks. no answer. not returning calls even after i gave them death certificate. i also gave them boot back so they could give to someone that may need it and cant affford it. i guess the expect a dead person to come in for trearment. they have no sense of what the right thing to do is. death was not my husband choice. UPDATE: I received a pone call shortly after posting, and was asked to come and speak to the dr. they squessed me in during his lunch hour. He appologized profusely and explained how the miss comunication had happenned. I guess we forget sometimes that doctors are very busy and also human. We came to an understanding and he did satisfy my request. I would definately go to him in the future if I needed that type of service. His staff is also very nice. So the one star only represents the miscommunication. The service that my husband received was 5 star.

I came to Dr Hansbrough office because of neuropathy in my feet from diabetes making what I thought to be an unsafe condition After 4 months of treatment I could tell the difference of my contact with the brake and gas pedals making it more safe to drive. I Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Hansbrough and his staff to help anyone with a neuropathy problem!
