Savanna painted our home's exterior last year. As part of the contract, there's a follow-up for any touch ups that may be needed. But there were only a few areas to be addressed. Savanna did such a good job last year that our home still looks like it has "a fresh coat of paint". Thanks!

We are extremely happy with the painting and staining that Sir-Paints-a-Lot did on our deck. From start to finish, we had nothing but a positive experience, and the customer service was outstanding!First of all, Alicia in the office was always friendly and helpful. We got emails and texts reminding us of our appointment dates, explaining what to do to be ready, etc. Shawn who did the estimate for us was so helpful, making suggestions that we would not have thought of. And we can’t say enough about the two painters that came to do the job. Missy and Red were outstanding! So friendly, fun to work with, and thorough. They went above and beyond, filling in nail holes, touching up paint on areas they weren’t even responsible for, and doing such an amazing job. We even had a final walkthrough with Savana who really examined all the work that was done and made sure we were completely satisfied and nothing was missed. This was so different from other experiences we have had with other contractors.We had our upper deck - which is old - painted, and our lower deck (brand new) stained. Their attention to detail was amazing and it looks so good! We sat out on the deck last night and were absolutely thrilled with the results. We plan to sell in a few years, and we will be calling Sir Paints-a-Lot for any interior painting we will need. We will specifically request Red and Missy for the job! Thanks for a customer experience that was everything it should have been!

This was our second time working with Sir Paints A Lot. A few years ago, they painted the exterior of our home, and they just finished doing the interior this time. Everyone we encountered has been helpful, pleasant, and professional. They ask questions rather than just “winging it.“ Kudos to Alicia in the office for keeping everything moving forward. Dave did a great job painting and everything looks beautiful. Jim installed the baseboards and they’re perfect. And Savana came in and tidied everything up and went over every little detail. Our place looks fantastic!

I can definitely recommend Sir Paints A Lot for your painting needs. The whole team does a great job. From the estimate from Shawn - nicely detailed and reasonable, to the prompt communication from Alicia for the payments, paint delivery, etc., through the painting by David - four rooms done in 2 days with attention paid to prep work, 2 coats of paint and cleaning up - and then the final walk through with Savana - to make sure we were happy with the results. We are very happy with the results. I was also provided with some paint color suggestions and information about choosing paint colors in this area, which was useful. David was a fast and efficient worker - the job was done sooner than I expected as we had different colors of paint - 2 rooms of one color, and then 2 rooms with different colors in each. And the rooms had a fair amount of prep work due to multiple holes and wall anchors in the walls. Such a nice feeling to have new paint on the walls.

I have nothing but glowing praise for this team. Shawn and Alicia worked together to coordinate this project and everything went like clockwork. The repair work was handled by Jim and Brennon and they handled a large window replacement and some exterior dry rot all in one visit. The pressure wash was done by Austin then the paint team got to go to work. Missy and Rojo were very fast. Also very meticulous. The finished project was something my neighbors gave me a lot of compliments. Of course it wasn't finished until Savana gave it a final inspection. She touched up some little spots and collected all the old paint. Including paint from the original painting 26 years ago. Like I said working together they make a great team. I got this work done for a price I was satisfied with. The VA discount was a big plus for me. So, yes I would recommend this team to anyone.

I started painting a few accent walls myself, but quickly remembered that I hated painting and should have called a professional! Sir Paints A Lot scheduled my project within a few days of contacting them and the cost was very reasonable. Savana did an awesome job painting, completed everything in one day, and fixed my painting mistakes. I’ll definitely contact Sir Paints A Lot next time instead of doing my own painting!

Shawn and Alicia are amazing! Calls are returned within 30 minutes and questions always answered and issues resolved quickly and efficiently. The job done on our house was superb. They were able to work our job in quickly and started on time and finished on time. With the flakiness of most contractors these days, I have to say I was incredibly impressed. From start to finish my experience with Sir Paints A Lot was faultless. Customer service was friendly, organized, and responsive The estimator was very helpful, a good listener, and quick to get back with a midrange estimate. (I never take the lowest estimate because they are probably cutting corners and I never take the highest estimate because they are probably padding the total.) Nick from Salem, who painted the exterior of our home, was by far the best painter I have ever known. His attention to detail and his knowledge of his craft were superb. My poor old house needed some real TLC, and Sir Paints A Lot sure provided it. The house had not been painted for probably 23 years--so one can imagine the work this team had cut out for them. From the beginning, when Shawn won the bid, clear through to completion, my experience with this company was great! The weather and life interferred a bit with the scheduling of the job, but patience paid off! It was done exactly to my specifications and I couldn't be happier.
