At the time of my onboarding, I was working with 3 clients. I re-scheduled for couple of hours later. Before and After my first onboarding appointment MJ was following up and giving me the heads up, that onboarding meeting time was getting closer. Knowledgeable, patient, charismatic and caring will be the best 4 words to describe the AMAZING MJ.It don't matter what you sell or if you have the best product in the world if you don't have on your team people like Diego, Anthony and MJ. Their follow up skills (PRESSURE FREE ), was the key, it took me over 6 months to pull the trigger. Well done Team Shiftly !

What can I say about Andre other than he has the patience of a saint. Amazing company - Alayna Kennedy really took the time to explain the "Why" before jumping in!! Jorge was tremendously helpful. He could have said "Look at this email it will explain everything" but instead he took THIRTY minutes out of his schedule within 5 minutes of me calling them. Helped me on short notice and broke everything down like I was 10. Couldn't have asked for a more thorough explanation. Went from being unsure about shifty to supremely confident. Hire more like him.

MJ helped me through the training and she didn’t let her latina attittude get in the way with all my questions. I tried my best to bring it out of her but she said she’s not like that anymore bc she sober now. I’m glad she cleaned up her act cause she made the setup training seemless. You go gurl!
