I was having little technical issues. Reached out to SHIFTLY AUTO. Mateo, answered my phone call, and was a true professional from start to finish. He helped me navigate the tool effortlessly…He pointed out, that what I basically needed was an update for my browser & provided some extra assistance to make the tool even BETTER THAN BEFORE!!!😮 He remained on the phone call the entire time, didn’t abandon me. Never gave me the impression that he was trying to rush the process.I love the new prompt he provided me & I’m super happy with the level of customer service and patience….he demonstrated …I thanked him so many times during the call…But, I felt that wasn’t enough, as I have to let the world know, how amazing the customer service I received was. JORGE is The MAN. i called and had problems with Shiftly i talk to someone they said it will take 3 to 5 days. JORGE did it in 20 minutes he guided me through the whole ordeal. he explained everything. JORGE needs a raise and a promotion. he needs to take care of all your customer because the first guy did not do his job correctly, TOLD ME 3 TO 5 DAYS THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
