What can I say about Andre other than he has the patience of a saint. Considering the fact that i am not very computer savvy and that i am working with a very slow computer he took his time and helped me through the entire posting a vehicle to Facebook, and stayed with me until i can now do it on my own. Amazing company - Alayna Kennedy really took the time to explain the "Why" before jumping in!! As a result I have had two onboarding meetings with her and am planning on putting a group together for an ongoing training class with Shiftly Auto. Alayna found any bugs on our systems. Jorge was tremendously helpful. He could have said "Look at this email it will explain everything" but instead he took THIRTY minutes out of his schedule within 5 minutes of me calling them. Helped me on short notice and broke everything down like I was 10. Couldn't have asked for a more thorough explanation. Went from being unsure about shifty to supremely confident. Hire more like him.
