After my Motorcycle wreck I started coming here , I have improved my balance and onto a better recovery path than I anticipated. I will adapt the stretches and other techniques into my routine that I have learned from the rehab Techs. Prior to my wreck I was working out with two different trainers at two different Gyms , my goal was to enter competitive body competitions. I highly recommend this place to add into any type of rehabilitation program,

I can say without hesitation that Helix Chiropractic changed my life. I had a minor car accident and noticed the next day that my lower back and upper butox was beginning to tighten. I am a Home Builder that spends much of my day walking from house to house, up and down stairs all day. I rook my attorneys advice and sought treatment. Best decision that I could have made. I received physical therapy for my shoulder at this office. My therapist Dhwani Doshi was excellent. She was knowledgeable and professional. She explained all exercises thoroughly and listened to all my concerns. My shoulder pain decreased greatly after therapy and my range of motion improved. I would highly recommend going for therapy with this practice.
