Nolan and the team at Precision Restoration were Fantastic! A leaky water pipe and damaged flooring, etc., seemed very daunting. I'm glad I chose Precision Restoration because they handled everything quickly, and were so reassuring and explained the process thoroughly. When dealing with an unexpected and potentially damaging or expensive catastrophe in the home, these are the folks you want helping you through it. The staff at the office, as well as the crew who do the in-home work, were very helpful through all of the steps of the process, were great at explaining the insurance end of it, and I Highly Recommend this company for your home restoration needs!

If you want a Restoration company that’s going to give you quality service and represent you, not the insurance company. I honestly believe Precision Restoration oughta Wade Park is the way to go. I’m located in Brainerd Minnesota and I called them and they’ve been nothing but helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Nolan, Brandon, and of course, James. These guys have gone out of the way to be helpful. Their true assets to the company and should be noted as such. Thanks for taking some of the stress off of this craziness with redoing everything in my house after the flooding. I really appreciate you advocating for me.

This company is awful. They were so very slow with getting any work done. They were real quick to come and remove everything and get contracts signed, but the communication and efficient progress throughout was minimal. They have too many projects going at once with not enough time or people to do a decent job. The quality of work and responsiveness was awful. It was hard to get them back to fix things they did poorly. They had to fix a lot of things their people did wrong/did a bad job at from the start. There was no attention to details with these people. Items that were put in their storage unit got water damaged and the movers broke items. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
