I’ve been going to Impact Physical Therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck and referred pain down my shoulder blade. From the moment I walked in I felt at home and very comfortable, and welcomed by the entire staff. My physical therapist is Dr. Cassidy who has brought me out of the horrific pain I had been enduring. She is exceptional and I’ll always be full of gratitude for her excellence and caring. I’m feeling on top of the world again!

I took about 12 sessions with Dr. Rachael Sluyter for overall strength and balance training. Dr Tamiis so knowledgeable and fun to work with! As an MS patient I have begun doing things I never thought possible in just a few weeks. She has me less dependent on my wheelchair, and I even had the courage to go to my hairstylist appointment last week using a rollator! Her creativity in treatment and ability to motivate are exceptional. The entire staff isfriendly which makes it a joy going to PT!Update 7.19.25: After 7 months with Dr Tami I am able to walk greater distances with a stronger core and leg strength I never thought possible using a rollator. Thank you, Dr Tami, for giving me some independence back after 12 years of being in a wheelchair! So much has been accomplished in a short time!Update 5.11.26: I've enjoyed the past 6 months in Arizona and the best part of each week is going to Impact PT in Peoria!! This time I have had the privilege of working Mondays with Dr Brianna and Thursdays with Dr Tammi. Dr Bri provides great co-therapy as she follows Dr Tammi's lead and together they give me consistent treatment. My walking distance has doubled this year!! So happy with my improvement.

Dr. Pia is PHENOMENAL. I went to see her after experiencing pain and tension in my left hip and knee following a rear-end collision. The pain wasn’t improving, and I was worried it could be something more serious. Thankfully, my physician recommended therapy, and Dr. Pia went straight to work.I experienced relief within the first week of seeing her. She is incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to be around. I’m so grateful she helped me get back to feeling my best in just the few weeks we worked together.The staff and front desk team are also so accommodating and easy to work with. As a busy mom of two, life can get hectic, and whether I was running a few minutes late and needed to text ahead or had to adjust my schedule, they always helped without hesitation.Honestly, I’m going to miss therapy and talking Dr. Pia’s ear off about my work life. As a mom, those adult conversations outside of my kiddos truly filled up my cup. I cannot recommend her enough.I do not take for granted the feeling of a pain free life. I am beyond grateful. 10000000/10 stars.

Great care to be found here at Impact! Tina is amazing...so knowledgeable and caring. Fixed me right up! Front desk is wonderful as well. Great people. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
