Dr. Abel and the team at this clinic are extraordinary. It’s rare to find a clinic where you are not passed around to assistants throughout the session.I went in for a chronic tight hip flexor particularly after rowing intervals. Dr. Abel assessed my gait, range of motion, utilized dry needling and took me through exercises that I can do at home.I had immediate relief and two days later with two rowing workouts complete, so far no return of symptoms. After nearly six months of this being a chronic issue, I am grateful.I have already told clients and fiends and plan to be back when needed in the future.Thank you!

I’ve had a great experience with Nick Newquist at Impact PT in Paradise Valley. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and provides a high level of personalized care. The dry needling on my hip and shoulder helped a lot, and the rehab work significantly improved my hip mobility. This is my progress report since starting with Impact in April 2026. I was immediately impressed with the Patadise Valley staff and the online and phone support team. I still go weekly for the 1-hour sessions. I have dealt directly with Dr. Nick Newquist, Dr. Abel Sanchez, Dr. Tina Spivey, and front desk staff Christianna, Nicole, Z, and Kay. They are all excellent professionals! The owners set a very positive and professional atmosphere and seem to excel at hiring top notch people. I have given many referrals to others for Impact as an organization and for the PV location in particular. I have had experiences with a number of other clinics and PT staff, and Impact is absolutely the best I have run across. Highly recommended!

After 5-months of PT at another place I was regressing and on the verge of another ankle surgery. Doc referred me to Dr. Tina and Dr. Nick. I’ve never had one on one therapy before; what an amazing experience. They determined my tendon weakness in the first session setting me on a path of true healing. After 5 more months of PT: I’ve avoided surgery, I understand the mechanics of my foot and have a solid base of exercises to continue doing on my own. I’m thrilled with the experience of my PT Drs. Their clear explanations, motivation and excellent listening and adapting skills are their superpowers!
