Just started with Impact PT. I do a lot of research when I make health and fitness choices. I have also had experience with 8 different PT providers in the past. My initial impression is that Impact is a quality company that truly works to meet their customers/clients needs. The scheduling staff are all super helpful and professional. You can feel that these employees enjoy their work and have a positive employer. My initial assessment came with a new employee with Impact: Dr. Nick Newquist. Immediately, I could tell he is very experienced and has a broad capacity for dealing with individual clients’ needs. I scheduled out several months of 3 days/week with him after the first day! He is simply the best PT I have run across in the 6-7 years experience I have had. He immediately had an effective game plan and explains every part of it and what he expects the results to be. He also listens and asks questions in every session. Highly recommended organization and outstanding new hire for them!

Knowledgeable and well educated staff along with friendliness make for a wonderful experience.I also have been seen for my Osteoarthritis and can’t say enough good things about this place and the quality of care they provide.I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care.The doctors there are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable in regards to your care needs.If you need expert care for your hurting body, this is the place to go!!I love it there and wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️❤️

I have been going to IMPACT for a few weeks now for a pre-surgical strengthening. I have had a few different PTs and they are all excellent. I would highly recommend!

Everyone I encountered in this office was friendly and professional. Dr Graham is very knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. He is very upbeat and encouraging. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Graham.

Dear Dr. Eric and Dr. Tami,I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to both of you! I truly appreciate the ongoing professionalism and patience demonstrated by everyone while guiding me through one-on-one therapy with Dr. Cassidy and Dr. Graham, as well as the kindness shown by Rain. After dealing with a pinched nerve for two years, I’m relieved to say that, thanks to the tools I've been given, I won't need another ablation. My knee is also getting stronger! If I hadn't come here, I would still be in pain. Now, I am able to enjoy a fulfilling life without discomfort. Please know that I consider all of you like family!
