WOW!! BEAUTIFUL BATH REMODEL!!!I cannot say enough nice things about Blue Oak Construction. Three years ago, my husband and I purchased a single-family home in the York area that still retained its early 1990s-era master bathroom. Prior owners had made questionable “improvements” that made the 8’x10’ bath a poorly functioning, cramped and uninviting space. With only two bathrooms in our home - and the master bath being the largest - we really wanted to make the master bath a more functional and relaxing space. Blue Oak did a complete gut and remodel that required new plumbing, electrical work, and so much more! The amount of work required for a full bath remodel is no joke. I am beyond thrilled with the end result! This was our first remodel project and I honestly feel we hit the contractor jackpot. From day one, we felt very comfortable working with Kevin and his team. Kevin is very talented and takes pride in his work. He understood the vision for our bathroom and made many helpful suggestions along the way that made a HUGE, positive difference. The tilework is truly beautiful as is the custom woodwork. Every time I look at our master bathroom, I notice the attention to detail and artistry and just love it so much!! From a project management perspective, the owner Kevin is a great project manager and very communicative with his clients. Every person he brought into our home to work on various portions of the project was highly skilled, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Blue Oak Construction. We hope to undertake other home remodel projects in the next few years and would love nothing more than to work with Blue Oak again. Truly a class act!I will post better pictures in the near future.

Kevin and his team did our basement. They did a phenomenal job. We were impressed with the quality of the work. Of all the pluses, I will mention:- Everyone was very professional. They came on the days they said they would come and were always on time.- The quote was very reasonable.- They were respectful of the house and made sure sure they did not damage anything in the process. My wallpaper in the foyer which I was a bit worried about remained intact.- Communication was great and Kevin always responds to text messages in a timely manner.- They completed the project within the budget we had agreed to at the beginning.My husband and I highly recommend Blue Oak Construction. You will not be disappointed.

Kevin remodeled our basement and turned our dream into a reality. Him and his team were extremely professional and thorough. Kevin communicated every detail and step and made us real very comfortable asking questions. He was intentional about his work and his planning and timing was as expected. Kevin was great to work with, and he does quality work! He renovated our master bathroom and we loved that he let us source our own finishes in order to get the exact look we wanted, but he also weighed in if he thought what we picked might not be the best option (he was right). He helped us stay on budget, his tile work is excellent, and we are very much enjoying our new, larger shower! This bathroom is now my favorite room in the house.

Kevin and his team did a terrific job converting part of our basement into an office. It's great knowing we have a contractor we can rely on for future work.

Kevin and Drew are fantastic. They are easy going and easy to communicate with. We had two bathrooms remodeled in our home and they are extremely well done. They ensure every detail is completed in a timely and well thought out manner. They are also courteous to the fact that we are in the home and make sure that the job site is clean and organized during the entire process.

We could not be happier with everything that Blue Oak Construction did to our 1979 home to make it new. Floors, trim, board and batten & shiplap walls, and a complete kitchen remodel.
