Gabby always introduces different workouts carefully planned to challenge and engage multiple muscle groups at one time. She is very focused on her clients and knows when it’s time to up the goals. I have been training with Gabby for 1 and 1/2 years - short break at the beginning of Covid. You will never be bored! Great trainer at reasonable prices. Thought I’d only try it for a few weeks but now I’m hooked! Workouts are fun and varied but challenging too. The remote workouts are fine-tuned to address your particular comcerms. Super flexible with scheduling which is great. Esp. during the pandemic, nice to know I’m still getting good workouts. Makes me feel great and don’t feel as guilty if I don’t always eat as well as I should! Less
