I started training with Focused PT just over three months ago and I thoroughly recommend it to any looking to improve their fitness. After a 8 year hiatus I wanted to get back into weight training for strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. After just a few months I have already seen significant gains thanks to the structured and supportive training sessions at FPT. It is much more than just a standard gym membership. The coaching team are fantastic, Jodie, Lucy and Jeff are supportive and motivating without ever being pushy, and work with you to achieve your goals. The gym is clean, well-equipped and all of the equipment is in good condition and well maintained. The training plans are varied and allow you to progress at a pace you are comfortable with, and the large number of sessions available make it very flexible, allowing me to consistently keep up three sessions a week alongside work and looking after small children. If you're looking for a structured, supportive and sociable gym, look no further!
