When they finished the outside of my house last fall, (which was awesome) I had no idea I would be using them to paint the inside of my house too. First let me say the crew did a fabulous job. The only problem I have is the color of the walls and mostly the color of the cabinets. I specifically said many times I didn't want anything gray. No gray cabinets and certainly no gray walls. I let this go because they kept telling me oh no no the cabinets and walls are not gray. I asked for a rustic taupe more on the brown side then any gray. I have to look at these cabinets everyday of my life and it just makes me so sad. The painters kept saying no they are not gray and I kept saying they look gray. So I was not listened to at all. $11,350.00 for walls and cabinets painted and I can't stand to look at either. Absolutely everyone who enters my home says the cabinets are definitely gray and the walls have a gray hue. Can't hold my comments any longer. The owner called me and after seeing my review and after some discussion we came to a favorable agreement about how to fix the problem. His willingness to make things right by purchasing the new paint and materials necessary to do the job ourselves made me change my review to 5 stars. Less
