Nick and Janine were absolutely incredible in training our basset puppy! From the very beginning, they were patient, kind, and incredibly supportive, not just with our puppy, but with us as well. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable.Our puppy has made such amazing progress thanks to their guidance. It’s clear they truly care about what they do and about the dogs and families they work with.I would highly recommend Nick and Janine to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective trainers. I can’t say enough about Janine and Nick! They are truly dog whisperers!!! They are patient and such a pleasure to work with. If you don’t believe in magic Janine and Nick will show it to you right in front of your eyes. They not only trained my dog but they trained me to correct and effectively control my dogs reactivity. Over the course of their 5 week program I was able to get my dog to walk with out a leash, stop when I stop, stay, heel, as well as becoming less dog reactive. I can comfortably take my dog on a walk without fearing an encounter with another dog after learning the techniques i’ve learned. Janine and Nick always made themselves available to me and were genuine and attentive. Without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone!
