I simply can't say enough about how amazing my experience has been with Nicole and all the teachers at Nashville Salsa Dancing. If you've never danced a day in your life, or if you've been dancing for years, there is so much to be a part of when you join in on classes and the community here. I started classes in April, and haven't stopped since! Do yourself a favor, come try out the salsa classes for yourself and see all the unexpected ways you grow as a dancer and a human being.

I’ve been taking salsa classes with Nicole for over a year and absolutely love them! She’s a fun, patient, and passionate instructor, and her classes are progressive, which was perfect for me as a complete beginner. Nicole truly cares about her students and the community. She hosts monthly practicas, regular socials, and even brings guest teachers to keep things fresh. She’s always improving her own dancing and teaching, and it shows. The space she’s created is welcoming, safe, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend her salsa (and bachata!) classes!

I've always wanted to learn to dance, and Nashville Salsa Dancing has been the perfect place to start! Nicole is an amazing teacher—supportive, skilled, and really great at breaking things down for all levels. Within just a few classes, I felt confident in my foundational skills and comfortable dancing with other people (and I'm as awkward as they come.)She doesn’t just teach steps—she covers etiquette too, like how to be a respectful lead, who can ask who to dance (everyone!), etc. She also never fails to teach you how to look great while moving through different combinations.The community she has helped build is fantastic--there are classes for every level, chances to practice in the studio, and a fun group of people who go out dancing together at salsa nights downtown. It’s empowering, energizing, and so much fun. If I could give Nashville Salsa Dancing 10 stars, I would.

Nicole is the best! Not only is she an incredible instructor and dancer but she creates a safe and welcoming community. I was intimidated to start salsa lessons on my own but by the end of my first class I knew I would be coming back! Four months later and I still love it!
