David knew exactly what they needed to see and how to work with multiple adjusters to show them the proof of damage to replace our roof and gutters. He even went as far has doing a face time call with the company adjuster to show and point out specific damages that could not be shown on still photos. We had a problem with some gutter materials with the finish coming off a few weeks after completion and all it took was one phone call to David and he had a crew out the following week to replace the damaged part. I contacted David Dixon through googling. David had great reviews. I texted him and he responded in a very short time. I told him I need someone to look at my leak. He was there that afternoon . He got up on the roof took pics. Well, I needed a new roof. David gave me a great price for my roof and carport. The supplies were delivered the next day. David came by that afternoon to inspect materials and make sure he had what he needed. David and workers showed up early the next day. They were like bees over honey. David and guys did all the correct layering. The workers cleaned the area for trash and nails. I was so happy and impressed with the quality of work. David and his crew completed several projects and repairs at our home. They were always respectful of our time. The crew showed up on time every single day they worked. David worked with us to pick out the correct materials needed for all repairs/projects. They did an amazing job on home siding repair, building stairs, building handrails, repairing and rebuilding our cabinet under the sink as well as correctly installed the sink and garbage disposal. They replaced pillars on our porch, correctly vented our dryer, and installed our dishwasher. We will definitely be hiring him again for future projects. He is very reliable and honest. Less

He was super efficient in getting the various jobs done for us, and fit us in to his already busy schedule. His prices seemed fair to us and he got the jobs done as needed. Mr. Nixon hung a floating beam mantle with brackets for us. He responded quickly, within an hour, to all texts and answered all of my questions politely and professionally. His price was very comparable to other quotes I got but his prompt responses and willingness to work when we were available are why we picked him. I don’t know where to begin but from the initial quote through the end of our mast bathroom and 1/2 bathroom project , Mr. Handyman surpassed all of my expectations. He takes pride in his work, finishes the job with no corners cut. I could not have asked for a better experience! Our house had been hit by a tornado about 5 years ago, the company hired by the insurance company to do the finishing of the project were not very reliable and seemed to just take forever, so I ended up firing them early in hopes that I would finish the project myself. Mr. Handyman ripped up all of the mildew trapped caulking inside the shower that the tile guys just didn’t put it down thick enough, he replaced a chipped tile on a corner, he covered up and retextured the ceiling drywall in the shower and around the edge of the shower where new tile was put in, and where I moved a light, then he repainted the entire bathroom. Its well done And finally finished . I can’t help but be in awe every time I walk in there because We have ignored the jenky spots for so long . In our 1/2 bath he helped remove some over the toilet cabinet thing that I let sit in there for ENTIRELY too long. Then MADE some gorgeous thick and dark stained shelves to replace the cheap particle board cabinet. I cannot wait to call him for the next project ! I would highly recommend to anyone .
