He and his team of coaches make sure you stay safe and that fitness is achieved no matter what. The community at the gym is supportive and judgement free and the events are top notch fun!

When I moved to Florida, I left behind a very special home gym community in Virginia that I had been a part of for 5 years. Since living here I’ve searched for a gym community in Gainesville that might feel equally as special….I absolutely found that at Risen Strength CrossFit. I spent time at other gyms in the area before I found Risen Strength, and I’m telling anyone reading this, Risen Strength welcomes you with open arms and you immediately become part of the family there. Class is so fun! Saturdays you can do a partner workout, and they have comps throughout the year you can participate in or help out by judging, etc. They also make the Open exciting!! All I’m saying is, come on out and experience it for yourself. I know you’ll see how special it is, just like I have.

This is the real judgement free zone! My family and I started going to RSCF about 3 months ago after having been pretty sedentary for the past decade. I used to come home from work too tired to play with the kids and with barely enough energy to make it through the bed time routine. And strength? I didn’t know her. Now I’m hanging from the rope swing at Poe Springs, climbing trees with the kids, hiking mountains, and doing squats with my adult brother on my back! My son and I are both starting to see more muscle definition especially in our arms and upper back. My son’s confidence has increased too! RSCF has created such an amazing environment and community of athletes. They welcomed us where we were at in our fitness journey, and encourage us every day to keep going. All of the coaches are amazing too, they truly care about each and every single athlete and are ready to encourage you to achieve what you work for in the classes. We 💙 RSCF!!Can’t recommend this place enough!

From day one I felt like I belonged. Never doing crossfit before I was very nervous to get started. The coaches really take the time to make sure you understand the movements and are able to perform them safely. The athletes welcome you into the group with open arms. It's like training with family! For anybody on the fence about coming, you will not regret it.
