The team was informative, thorough, timely, courteous in our home. Keith was our project manager and was very responsive to my questions along the way, professional and thorough. Just completed my master bath remodel and the process was pretty much stress free. We had a few hiccups but Keith was there to save the day and communicated daily on who was coming to the house, times etc. Dereck and Tammy are the sweetest and I looked forward to them coming daily and they were just awesome to work with and they helped bring my vision together when it came to my tile layout! It’s hard to vision it without seeing it but there suggestions were awesome and I am forever grateful to both of them! Clover misses you Tammy! We had a good experience working with ACR on our bathroom remodel. The total project took 2-weeks to remodel our entire master bathroom - new flooring, paint, glass shower, shower tile, freestanding tub, fixtures, lighting, mirror, and double vanity. Working with James during the project discovery phase was great. He was patient with us as we decided on everything and helped navigate us when we had questions. Once the project started we worked with Keith, the project manager, and he started by personally inspecting all the materials and items we purchased to make sure there were no surprises once the project started. Keith was out everyday and had great communication with me throughout the project. We are so happy with our new bathroom and appreciate all the hard work their crew put in to transform our dated bathroom to a modern bathroom we love. Thanks!
