He explained the work and the costs and gave me several options on additional work. Once I decided to move forward with it, he was able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days. They were professional, and took care not to damage either the electric service or my cable internet lines that were running through the trees and branches they were removing. They also park their equipment on the road and use a small picker to move branches to the chipper, to ensure that they do not damage driveways or lawns. I'm still so amazed at how smoothly everything went. Ervin and Carlos were great to work with -- very professional and took care of every detail. Their team expertly navigated a very difficult job. We had a huge oak tree that had to be taken down -- it was right next to our house, and very near my neighbor's house, and in a very tight spot. They had to work on a small street with car and pedestrian traffic. They navigated around my favorite dogwood which was near the tree, and my aucuba shrub which was directly under the tree. And the winds sometimes picked up to 17-20mph. They also handled all the paperwork for the permit, and called Ga Power to disconnect and reconnect our (and our neighbor's) lines, and handled all the Xfinity wires. They always answered my phone calls and texts very quickly and professionally. They scheduled us within 2 weeks of getting the permit. They also cleaned off the roof, porch, walkways and my front lawn afterwards. They started work right at 8am like they said they would, and the whole thing -- including clean up -- was complete by mid-afternoon. All that for a very fair and reasonable price. I so highly recommend them, and will be using them for all my tree needs! Less

We had 8 trees removed by Atl Tree Work and I must say it has been great dealing with this Company. First of all you hear the horror stories of Tree companies but these guys have been nothing but professional. They showed up as scheduled and tried to go at it the first day as it had rained for several days and I was worried about their equipment tearing up our yard. Well it did it was way to wet but they said they would come back and do what is needed to make it right. About two weeks later after the yard had dried out they called set appointment and showed up again on time and I have never witnessed a crew work in unison as this crew. They had all eight trees down and yard cleared with in 4 hours. They went out of the way to put the big logs on the street so as not to mess up anymore of our yard and they were all picked up as well that morning. They brought with them bags of topsoil and grass seed and smooth the yard and made it look as good as possible. They offered to pressure wash my neighbors driveway if they got any debris on it as well I mean they were just really understanding of what you go through as homeowners in getting major work done. I live on a hill and knew I was going to have issues but they met me more than half way in what could of been a very messy fight with other companies. Use these guys you will not regret it! They are coming back to do the stumps but had advised me to get the trees out first then call to have property marked. And no I was not asked to pay anything they said they will collect after they have the stumps removed another headache gone! Less

This particular job involved quite a bit of prep work, including removing a portion of fencing, protecting some outside equipment, laying down plywood to protect the yard, and even digging up (and replanting after the trees had been removed) some plants that needed to be moved in order for the very large trees to be taken out of the yard once they had been cut down. And when I say "very large," I mean "VERY" large. Watching the team work today was impressive. They worked at a very steady, but very careful pace. The clean-up was thorough; and the plants and fencing were restored to their pre-work locations and condition. And...the cost for all of this was very reasonable/fair.
