Best overall patient experience I've had in the US (not just chiropractor!). The entire team is friendly, competent, clearly committed to the patients, and super helpful on anything from scheduling to ordering insoles to talking through treatment.
The treatment is holistic, taking into account lifestyle and making recommendations to improve. When something hurts there’s actual conversation and attention paid to it. Dr. Myles’ adjustments always manage to calm my nervous system and I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived.

I am a new patient at Palmercare and I thought I would wait until I'm further into my treatment to write a review, but I'm so impressed with them that I wanted to write it now. I have never visited a chiropractor before but after suffering from back/neck pain and headaches and finding limited or no relief from massages, stretches, or acupuncture and not wanting to rely on pain killers I figured it was worth a shot. My consultation and intake was incredibly thorough and Dr. Myles explained in detail what was going on with my back and neck and how they could treat it. I was scared to get adjusted (and frankly still a bit nervous every time!) but he is patient and kind and works to build trust. Even though my condition will take time to fix, I experienced immediate relief after my first adjustment and I continue to feel better every time I go. Palmercare is absolutely life-changing!
