I want to report the extremely poor service we have continuously received from this restaurant. Our pickup orders have been made wrong multiple times, and the waiters themselves even confirmed that this has happened around five times already. Instead of taking responsibility, they first tried blaming the chef. When we asked to speak with the chef directly, they refused and kept saying he was “busy.”The situation became even more disrespectful when staff started making racist comments and assumptions about us, saying we were “probably from Central America.” They also made several inappropriate remarks and slurs during the interaction. On top of that, it felt like they only treated Hispanic men nicely because they expected better tips from them.One waiter tried using the example, “You always ask your kids what they want to eat,” but we clearly explained that every time we call, we specifically say exactly what we want to order. Despite this, they kept refusing to admit they were getting the orders wrong.They also complained about us “threatening to call the manager,” but if the same problem keeps happening over and over again, of course customers are going to ask for management involvement. If they recognize us every time we place a pickup order, there is no excuse for repeatedly messing it up.Overall, the customer service was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This restaurant seriously needs to improve the way they treat customers and handle orders. 0/10 — I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
