The law firm sent a letter the insurance company telling them that they were representing me. So the insurance company won't work with me now due to that letter and they would need another letter informing them that this law firm is not representing me. I have reached out to them multiple times to send that letter. Their response is they will be sending a message to the lawyer about the letter needing to be sent. I AM STILL WAITING. I was not hard for them to send the inital letter(even though I was never their client) but fixing their mistake seems too hard for them I guess. Less

For starters Mr. Spencer has 12+ Years Experience and came highly recommended by another lawyer who practices law in Texas but this case was in New Mexico. He was very well acquainted with the staff/officials at the court in Las Cruces NM, the state prosecutor was a rookie compared to Mr. Spencer, he made the state prosecutor look foolish and doubtful the entire trial. Joshua Spencer was not afraid to object when the state prosecutor was out of order and never backed down through the entire trial defending me until the very end and making sure the jury was clear on what the law is. He was basically educating everyone in the room, including the state prosecutor, on what the law is and what I had done was not broken the law. While questioning the jury members, before we picked the 6 who would ultimately decide my fate, the prosecutor was having trouble getting the potential jury members to talk and Mr. Spencer was charismatic and was able to get the entire 14 potential jury members to communicate with him and answer better than the state prosecutor. The state prosecutor would pace back and forth in the court room like an evil villain with a terrible receding hairline and looked like he was wearing a suit he picked up at goodwill, I bet his death smelled gross and hot under his mask. (I have a lot of unnecessary hate for that state prosecutor). The state would not back down through the entire trial and was clearly trying to see me guilty wouldn't even take a deal with my lawyer, but Joshua Spencer was well prepared and knew exactly what to say when cross examining the cop who pulled me over while testifying on the stand, sticking to the facts and giving the jury the correct information to vote fairly. I would recommend Joshua Spencer to Everyone, and if I am ever in any legal issues like this again I know I can count on Joshua to give me his 100 percent to the very end. Less
