I stumbled across this place while driving through Louisiana and I am so glad I did. The food was absolutely incredible and it honestly felt like eating at a family friend's backyard cookout. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the service was so warm and welcoming that it made the whole meal even better. If you are anywhere nearby, you seriously need to stop by Big Thicket BBQ for some of the best barbecue I have had in a long time.
