I have not heard from Samantha, the alleged owner or anyone from her agency.This woman straight up lied, took my money and then said screw it. I have tried multiple times to contact her and have heard nothing back. Does anyone have a similar experience? I definitely made a police report and the courts are next. I don't believe you should be able to run a court liscence facility this way.I DO NOT recommend this place and would be very careful sending any money. Less

No one wants to be monitored with their child. However if DCFS gets involved in your life and they fight against you, good luck fighting them because they are some pretty awful people to deal with. Depending on DCFS likings and intentions for you, it will be the worst nightmare of your life. I never even had the chance to meet the folks of DCFS dealing with my case. Still I was thrown in their fire during a nasty separation from my husband after an evening of a quarrel with a drunk cousin who scared the kids. My husband when approached by DCFS threw the blame on me, making me look unfit and unstable. It was the farthest from the truth, but people lie everyday. I was so upset and reluctant to have to be monitored by strangers with my child. It's the most degrading, depressing, violating feeling and experience anyone could ever wish to never have to experience. What Samantha and Kelly at Angels did for my daughter and I was take an awful experience and turn it into comfortable fun. They gave us a sense of normalcy that did not exhist through the DCFS and court process. They were understanding, compassionate, and never one sided with me or my husband, who hates my guts. We were originally referred to the Ness House by the courts. When calling to set up a visitation with Ness, I was immediately turned off due to the lack of compassion from the man answering the phone. He had zero empathy and was only concerned at which rate I could pay. After researching, we found Angels and so glad we did. You're not alone if you're new to the monitoring experience. It's the hardest thing you'll ever have to do, ever. I highly recommend Angels, Samantha and Kelly, if you are ever thrown into this kind of situation. They made it easier for me to deal with all the feelings of disgrace and disrespect handed down by DCFS and the courts. Give yourself a chance and hold on. You'll get through it. I had been going through a nasty custody battle with my precious babies at the center of it. After using 3 other agencies we finally landed here with Samantha a year ago. She responds quick and cares deeply for this job, our children's safety & wellbeing and also helping them connect or stay connected to the other parent. A couple monitors have been asked ab9out by the kids still and we haven't seen them in over 2. months. That says something considering they don't even ask for some of our relatives =/ OH and the other reviews that say they ran into the other parent and that they didn't feel safe, doesn't make much sense because Samantha's whole exchange process is so that the parents don't see each other to avoid any arguing in front of the kids.
