Angels Monitoring are a warm light of protection and humanity.They are some of the few rare people I have met in this institution who actually care about children, their families and the laws that have been laid out to protect us.My case is unique. I did not require a Monitor due to anything I had done. My son was taken away by his mother for 9 years prior since he was a baby and did not remember me at first. The Court thought it to be the best interest of the child to leave him in the full physical custody of the family he already knew and slowly introduce me back into his life with a supervisor to make him feel comfortable.Our Monitor felt more like a friend than a supervisor. They engaged in activities with us, whether sports, arcades games, crafts, holiday’s, they even came to the waterpark. They wrote in depth reports on my visitation time with my son. Our activities, behaviors, discussions, all documented. They would always handle any calls I had with questions or with disputes I had my co parent over scheduling etc. even if last minute.As time went on his Mother began bad mouthing me. Horrific false accusations. Stating my son doesn’t like me or spending time with me. That I scare him. Etc.These detailed reports of my supervised visits served invaluable to me. Proving not only my innocence but also of all the positive aspects of the fun and loving relationship my son and I were building together.Unfortunately as time went on. The court appointed Minors Counsel and court appointed Therapist decided to join in with his Mother’s false accusations in an attempt to assist her to further alienate my child and I.Despite all of the reports of our visits being positive, that my family would be calling and FaceTiming with us every week, that I had videos of every single visit. My son and I clearly having the best time. We had not seen each other in so many years and now we get only a few hours a week together. It was a truly fun loving celebration week after week.At the court hearing his Mother and the Minors Counsel began harassing me so badly with these false accusations of abuse. Stating Angeles Monitoring were liars and could not be trusted etc. The lackadaisical judge did not allow me my right to speak about my side of what’s happening, did not want to hear from Angels Monitoring, would not review any of my videos or even photos of my son and I, did not speak with any of my witnesses. Just simply believed them and made a ruling without any evidence or reason of any kind…After the hearing, Angels Monitoring did not hesitate to personally call the Minors Counsels Father; who is also a Minors Counsel of the Los Angeles Superior Court, they informed him of his daughter’s behavior and horrific false accusations in the courtroom. This immediately rectified what would have been a very bad situation for my child and I. Something my foolish, very expensive attorney was unable to do for me.I have been in the Los Angeles Superior Court system for almost 5 years now, just simply trying to raise my own child. I have come across a lot of evil people, from willing to lie under oath to take my child away, to submitting fake evidence, to hiding tracking devices in my car and stalking me, to my attorneys taking my money and lying to me, withholding my evidence from court to drag my case out. Etc. All while the court observes in amusement. Allowing my son and I to be harassed and abused.I have met only a few people as caring, friendly and honest as the people at Angels Monitoring. Without them, the court would have allowed my child and I to have been illegally taken away from each other again, I don’t know how long this would have been for or how much money in attorney fees it would have cost to get him back.Angels Monitoring have saved my son and I, as well as my entire family from a great deal of heart ache and sadness. I have not heard from Samantha, the alleged owner or anyone from her agency.This woman straight up lied, took my money and then said screw it. I have tried multiple times to contact her and have heard nothing back. Does anyone have a similar experience? I definitely made a police report and the courts are next. I don't believe you should be able to run a court liscence facility this way.I DO NOT recommend this place and would be very careful sending any money. Less

Still I was thrown in their fire during a nasty separation from my husband after an evening of a quarrel with a drunk cousin who scared the kids. My husband when approached by DCFS threw the blame on me, making me look unfit and unstable. It was the farthest from the truth, but people lie everyday. I was so upset and reluctant to have to be monitored by strangers with my child. It's the most degrading, depressing, violating feeling and experience anyone could ever wish to never have to experience. What Samantha and Kelly at Angels did for my daughter and I was take an awful experience and turn it into comfortable fun. They gave us a sense of normalcy that did not exhist through the DCFS and court process. They were understanding, compassionate, and never one sided with me or my husband, who hates my guts. We were originally referred to the Ness House by the courts. When calling to set up a visitation with Ness, I was immediately turned off due to the lack of compassion from the man answering the phone. He had zero empathy and was only concerned at which rate I could pay. After researching, we found Angels and so glad we did. You're not alone if you're new to the monitoring experience. This agency has been nothing but amazing. So accommodating. Trust me, I had to juggle last minute visitation to see my kids and Samantha did everything she could to make things happen. Pilar, Adrian and Samantha were all awesome. Prices were better here than other places by far and the most important part is my daughter was very comfortable on every visit no matter who the monitor. Great facility they have everything you need there one of those places you can go in and make yourself at home. Very nice set up me and my son would tear that place apart and have a real party but then they have every movie to watch and when or if you get tired of being inside they have planted their facility right near a huge park where me and my son would run wild great people great communica...
