This team of monitors has been outstanding! I’ve used their services for over a year and I can say with confidence that they deliver exceptional care and professionalism. My schedule shifted quite a bit so I got to know 4-5 of the monitors. Each one was different in their own way but always nice, easy to talk to, and compassionate. They knew when to be a part of the group and when to just be present.From the start, the manager went above and beyond by helping me navigate complex court-related issues which really eased some of my stress with the court system.Communication was never an issue. Anytime I had a question, needed to change something, or had a concern, they always got back to me quickly. They also write unbiased, professional, visitation updates to provide the court which helped me tremendously.I highly recommend this team. They were professional when they needed to be, but also genuinely kind and understanding.
