Jose And Loie at No problem Home service are the best. Their cost for plumbing is affordable .I thank God for these people. They care about their customers. It's not about the money. They're work is quality..my water pipe burst 4 year's ago and the came and replaced the pipes and now the pipes are in the house. Today Jose came and replaced the elements in the hot water heater for me . The price is affordable..No problem is the best in my book. I give them 10 Star's

Living in Cape Coral, we've all been through the ringer. I am extremely blessed and happy to have found this plumbing service. They have been incredibly honest, their prices have been extremely fair, and the service is impeccable. I am at awe on how fair and honest these folks are. We called Jose because our toilet kept running and refilling on and off throughout the day and night. We expected to schedule a service call, but to our surprise, Jose helped us diagnose and FIX the issue right over the phone!Wow—talk about outstanding customer service. That kind of honesty and helpfulness is rare these days. He asked a few quick questions, knew exactly what the issue was, and guided us through a simple fix. The toilet is perfectly quiet again!Thank you, Jose—you’re the best!P.S. The issue was under the round green part, but if you have the same toilet, you’ll have to call Jose for the “secret fix” yourself!

Jose was kind enough to walk me through unclogging my septic system in order to save me the cost of an emergency plumbing call. I ended up getting it unclogged myself but he allowed me to call him repeatedly offering advice and encouragement. Jose is a rare find when many plumbers hardly care about their customers. I will be hiring him for my next plumbing call.

I would definitely recommend this company. I was having water backing up in my house and instead of charging me to come out and tell me it’s a septic issue, this company told me what to look for with septic vs plumbing issue. I had a septic issue and would have wasted money on a plumber. Great business ethic and will definitely reach out if I have any plumbing issue.

In a world that we live in where it is hard to find decent people it seems, No Problem Home Services restored my faith. As a first time Homeowner and running into plumbing issues without a clue what was going on, I had the best service this morning and if I could give more than 5 stars I genuinely would. I was being helped above and beyond my expectations when Jose took the time to walk me through and teach me some things and refer me where I needed to. Like I said, it was refreshing and even emotional to feel someone who was listening and genuinely cared to help when you are vulnerable in situations like this these days.
