This team @ Velazquez general construction is fabulous! They are reasonably priced & did a high quality job replacing my leaking galvanized pipes in the bathroom. They were thorough even provided a new stainless steel over the drain protection cover to catch hair & prevent future problems. They were precise & caring using clear silicone around the toilet to seal it & all other finishing touches. They were quick in response & I felt very safe as they were incredibly professional. I will hire them in the future without any reservation. They were awesome ! Thank you guys !

Alfredo runs a very professional and high quality construction business and we think his prices are fair. We first had him build us a sturdy deck cover in 2024, then create closet spaces in 2 locations in our house in 2025. He also has completed many smaller jobs and did some major repairs to our roof supports in the attic this week. He is not prone to making mistakes and having to redo things, and will be straight with you if something might cost a bit more, so you can make choices. We also like that he gives billing statements for our records or for insurance purposes. Something we have had trouble getting from previous contractors. We will be hiring this company for more jobs to come.
