Working with Liz and Ken over the last few years has been very rewarding. Not only did I get a team that truly cares about my physical, mental and emotional well being , I got lifelong tools to help me maintain success.
We all know how hard weightloss can be, But with proper guidance on physical activity, meal prep and relaxation techniques I was able to lose the weight I wanted.
Along the way, Liz and Ken, we're able to teach me that this was not a diet. However, a lifestyle change, making smart decisions and putting myself first would ultimately aide in maintaining my weightloss. I never felt judged or guilty if I had a cheat day, rather encouraged to having enjoyed myself in moderation and given the tools in the toolbox to get back to business the next day.
I enjoyed the prepared meals as I have a very busy work/travel schedule and it took the guess work and struggle away from the meal prep aspect of weightloss .
