I have been struggling with feeling comfortable in my postpartum body and didn’t want to give up on myself, but I felt stuck. Nothing that used to work for me was working. Now after only a few weeks with Liz guiding me, I am feeling the changes and seeing the change on the scale too! Such a relief to have found Lifting Kilos. Lifting Kilos offers many amazing programs for all different needs and levels of fitness. I started with the signature fit program which was 3 months of one on one guidance every day, that taught me how to make a nutritional life style change to that is adaptable to everyday real life. After losing many lbs and inches I gained enough confidence to start doing weekly personal training sessions, which I still do. The confidence I have gained is something I didn’t expect and I truly look forward to my sessions every week. And I also currently am enrolled in the Winter Transformation Challenge (which is now my 3rd challenge I have participated in) and this includes 5 workouts per week to do at home or in the gym. It’s all accessible through an app, with a community forum that I enjoy and makes me feel like I’m part of a community. It has additional weekly challenges that I love to be part of and the nutritional aspect of it is very easy to follow especially if tracking all macros isn’t your thing! And I think I will give the fit club a try after this challenge is finished! 💪🏻❤️

Wonderful, supportive, fun group and experience...Participating in Lifting Kilos' programs have helped me diversify and improve the quality of my workouts, which were previously almost completely cardio-based. I have gained practices, both from resistance-training and nutritional perspectives that will benefit my physical and overall well-being as I age. While challenging, I was grateful for a variety of exercise modifications to enable me to build strength without over-doing it or injuring myself. I'm so grateful for the knowledge and support of this group and coaches for instilling me with habits and tools to incorporate into my new and improved workouts and eating habits!! Thank you Liz and Ken, and my co-challengers!!

Working with Liz and Ken over the last few years has been very rewarding. Not only did I get a team that truly cares about my physical, mental and emotional well being , I got lifelong tools to help me maintain success.
We all know how hard weightloss can be, But with proper guidance on physical activity, meal prep and relaxation techniques I was able to lose the weight I wanted.
Along the way, Liz and Ken, we're able to teach me that this was not a diet. However, a lifestyle change, making smart decisions and putting myself first would ultimately aide in maintaining my weightloss. I never felt judged or guilty if I had a cheat day, rather encouraged to having enjoyed myself in moderation and given the tools in the toolbox to get back to business the next day.
I enjoyed the prepared meals as I have a very busy work/travel schedule and it took the guess work and struggle away from the meal prep aspect of weightloss .
I highly encourage anyone looking to make a change in their lifestyle to reach out to Liz and Ken. You will have a knowledgeable team by your side every step of the way.
