I waited a week before writing this review, to make sure the carpet was still in good standing.I desperately needed a good cleaning on my carpet in one room. I took the two room special they were offering. Not only did he arrived on time, he was very professional. As I watched Brian set up, he used corner protectors, wore blue shoe covers, used a temporary screen for the front door and a blue light for hidden stains. He worked diligently. I added the other two rooms to clean. He did what I needed and more!! Thank you Brian, your customer service is superb! You've gained a long term customer in me. I'll be seeing you in six months.
