Really impressed with the team at Fighting Fit. Brad sorted my back issues with some great targeted strength programs and muscle releases. I really like that he used regular testing to actually map the progress of my recovery which was super helpful in seeing that the work was effective.

Didn't realise my potential after a motorcycle injury crushed my confidence. The staff at fighting fit were extremely knowledgeable and talented, plus they were always mindful of sensitivity. It's crazy what an improvement just a few sessions made. Truly recommend this to everyone who remembers a time they were fit and happy, you can get back to that level with this crew!

Yup I’m honestly shocked by how this place operates. From the start, they push you into committing to a bunch of appointments, even when you tell them you travel and can’t commit. I’d been attending for six weeks and cancelled an appointment 40 hours before (just eight hours short of their 48-hour policy). I emailed immediately to explain I was away. Instead of respecting that, they focused on trying to make me book another session — even though I already had one for the following week.They went ahead and charged me anyway even after I told them not to — and not just the usual session price, but even more. Then tried to justify it as a “cancellation fee.” This feels like a greedy, unethical money grab.No business should be taking people’s card details and charging them without consent. I’ve reported this to Queensland Fair Trading and hope they investigate this practice.Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually respects its clients.EDIT:Hi Dean,I’ve tried to email you directly, but it bounced back, and I’ve also contacted your admin asking you to get in touch — Despite having all my contact details on file, you’ve chosen not to respond, which doesn’t surprise me.I’m far from hiding (never have/would) and would be more than happy to meet face-to-face to discuss things. If calling people “Karens” is how you prefer to handle things, that’s your choice.For the record, I wasn’t even aware you’d charged me when I was unwell — which makes this whole situation worse.Making yourself out to be a small business ect makes no difference to the fact you debit peoples cards without their knowledge. Great in theory, but good luck getting all of your reports!I attended under a part of a treatment plan through a third-party. I received part of my information straightaway however the last part has still not been received after a week.I have now missed the opportunity to go over this with my doctor and it looks like I’ll miss out on reviewing this with my nutritionist now.I even asked today if I could be told if I needed to push out my appointment for Saturday as I need to give at least 24 hours notice. I couldn’t even get an answer on that so now it looks like I’ve wasted my money.I have phoned multiple times and not received any replies from my physio. The receptionist told me today “I will yell at Renea for you“. It seemed to me that she wasn’t surprised that I didn’t get a reply.It seems to me that the testing was quite good, but I wouldn’t know because I can’t get my reports in full.

Update,After some weeks of therapy with clinician Sam, my shoulder is feeling great, got a new sub-frame on the bike and was back at it........ Still buzzing from a ride day, thanks to Sam and the team for getting me sorted.Recently had a mx incident and after four weeks not still complaining of a sore shoulder. Not knowing if it was normal or not I popped into Fighting Fit for a service and check up. I was seen by Sam, and was blown away by how thoroughly he reviewed my top half.After some treatment and massage immediately felt better. Each time I have been in, my shoulder feels free and far less sore. Im confident I’ll be fixed before my parts arrive.Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Not only was Kyle able to help me with my injury but he also worked with me to improve other muscle weekness’s to prevent the injury reoccurring. I had a caesarean section for my baby boy last October. During pregnancy I had back pain, and afterwards I was diagnosed with diastasis recti. As someone who was active before pregnancy, it was really frustrating to not be able to go back to my usual activities straight away. I wanted to find someone who could help me recover and, most importantly, get me moving again.That’s when I found Fighting Fit and met my physio Karolina. She was amazing, helped me close the gap in my abdominal muscles and gave me back my confidence with movement. Because of her, I regained my core strength and I’m back running again, which I honestly didn’t think would be possible!Now I’m seeing Renae for exercise physiology to focus on strength and conditioning for running.
