I originally attended Fighting Fit Physio to see Kyle for a knee injury and am now participating in a supervised strength program at their adjacent gym. The fighting fit team are awesome. I had never been to a physiotherapist and Kyle was so welcoming and funny and made me feel at ease from the start.I was a little nervous to participate in a gym program as I had never been to a gym before. It’s been the best thing I have done in a long time! I love that there is always someone there to monitor what I am doing and to help me with equipment setup when I need it. A big thank you to Kyle, Rochelle, Renae, Dean and Karolina for your patience, sense of humour and welcoming attitude.
