I've brought my phone to Mike at PhoneGeeks three times over the past couple of years for different issues - from a cracked screen to an irreparable charging port. Every time he's been fantastic to work with.I'm on a budget and Mike consistently has the best prices in the area, but what really keeps me coming back is his service. He's an ethical business owner, communicates clearly, and turns repairs around incredibly fast. He always sticks to the ETA he gives, which I really appreciate.He's also just a genuinely nice guy and great to talk with if you have a minute - though if you're in a rush, he's efficient and respectful of your time too.At this point I can't imagine going anywhere else for cell phone repair. Wish I had the great experience that everyone else is describing. Went in today and will never go back. The customer service was horrible! I was inquiring about getting my phone repaired and was told he probably couldn't do it unless the phone was taken apart, isn't that what a phone repair shop is supposed to do.

This guy is so great, literally brought my phone back from the brink of death. Phone had an error 4013 code which indicates some sort of hardware failure and usually means a replacement. He fixed it up within an hour and a half without losing any of my data at all. He may be magic!!!

This guy is absolutely awesome! I do not live in this area and my phone got dunked in water. I had no way to contact my family at home. And i needed my phone to pay for my gasoline.. i contacted a bunch of phone repair places and they all wanted 160 bucks and up. This guy not only did the job for a fraction of that but he finished the job in minutes. Dude is awesome and he is definitely not greedy like that kiosk at southland mall. You definitely should avoid that place.If the owner of phone geeks reads this i want to say thank you dude. Ypu hooked me up when everybody else was trying to get over.

Super friendly staff, I was bugging him and we were talking each other's ear off the whole time he was fixing my phone screen right in front of me. Took about an hour, and only because we were talking, probably could have been faster if I shut up haha. They're knowledgeable, fair pricing and so honest. My phone worked great when I left and I couldn't be happier. It's been 24 hours, and no problems reported from me. If you need work done on a device, I recommend calling in advance to make sure the part is in stock before 11am so they can order same day. I made the mistake of calling after 11am on a weekend, so I had to wait a few extra days for my part to come in.
