He replaced a jetted tub for me, did an excellent job repairing the drywall which was torn out after the tub leaked, replaced two other faucets and lasted some trees for me and did some sprinkler modifications as well. He’s talented, precise, hard working, kind, honest and quotes his work at an exceptional value to any other contractor I’ve used.

Leo did an amazing job on our home renovations. He converted our loft into a bedroom/office (including adding custom finishes such as transom windows and a built in window bench), replaced all of our upstairs carpeting with LVP, and installed new carpeting on our stairs. Leo installed a new hybrid floor for me in kitchen and bathroom requiring removal and reinstallation of two toilets. This type of flooring requires skilled installation know-how as it is an exact procedure. Afterwards, he completed the finishing work at the thresholds and baseboard replacement. I now have a beautiful floor and am very pleased.Leo is hard-working, stayed at the project long hours taking no time off while he was here. He is a conscientious worker, listens to concerns and requests and takes action as needed. I will hire him again for additional work projects.
