She was being very careful to work within my tolerance and though I have had several permanent makeup experiences since my accident, this was by far the most comfortable. If you are a normal, healthy person this will probably not be painful! She is very generous in terms of her offers, if you get more services she gives you gift cards towards future services after the first one. I'm going to get freckles next and then maybe eyeliner!Finally, her work is GORGEOUS! Just look on her Instagram, it speaks for itself! I think she is one of the very best in the GVA! I went this morning for an appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed. Mojgan was very welcoming and informative - explaining the processes involved for different kinds of artistry regarding the brows. My hair is rather fair and my eyebrows are sparse naturally, so I wasn’t sure about the first drawing that she did which were bigger eyebrows than I was used to. This where we worked together to compromise on a shape that I was comfortable with - also that she as a professional would feel good standing behind her work as well. Yes it’s a bit shocking at first but there is a healing process and the colour will fade in time, so be patient before jumping to conclusions and leaving a negative review. I’ve noticed a couple ugly reviews on here and please if you aren’t into the shape TELL YOUR ARTIST so they can work with you before the work is done. Communication is key to get the result you want. We went a bit darker with my colour because it will last me longer, and my skin is naturally oily which doesn’t hold the ink as good as others’ skin who is more dry. Just be informed and listen to your artist when getting eyebrows done so you can fully understand not everyone has the same result and everyone is unique. Mojgan went above and beyond for me and I’ll be back for my touch up. Less

I have had 2 appointments here, my first appointment was ok I kept telling her that 1 eyebrow was different from the other as it was thin and higher arched then my left eyebrow, she said that the swelling would go down and if it still didn't look right we would fix it in my touch ups so I waited almost a year before I could go back in for my appointment. In my first appointment I had a reaction to whatever was used if it was the numbing cream or dye but my eyebrows were so red a swollen and during the procedure I felt everything like there was no numbing cream at all, during the second appointment I still feel like my eyebrows are not right and I still need to fill them in. They used a different dye this time and I had an even worse reaction then last where even by eyes were swollen shut and the reaction started happening on the 3rd day and I ended up in the hospital. I can't get this done again as I don't even no the product names and ingredients even though I have asked for a clear photo to show my doctor but I get nothing. Other girls have had better luck but I defiantly won't be going back. Also I have had tattoos on my body with no side effects or infections so this was just weird for me. Less

It took a couple of weeks for the huge scabs to heal and it is still quite pink where the scabs were and I cover it with make up. I was shocked to find out the touch up a month later is not included (another $100) as it is with most other places. Never heard of this before. I will not be going back for the touch up. Further, I thought it was unprofessional for her to fish and ask where I had gone for microblading before and what did I pay for it (Brow Beauty Lab on Main Street-excellent). I hope my experience was a one off and that no one else has this happen to them. Less

She admitted it but she didn't fix the draft and she said she would do while she's tattooing, and she told me to lay down. I suddenly felt pain so I holded up the mirror she just gave me in my hand, then she scolded me, "Don't look now." If I'm not allowed to use it, why she let me hold a mirror all the time while tatooing, she didn't make me conformable and just started her work. I was so confused and worried about what she's doing on my face because the pain was not normal. She said she would put a bit more numb cream later. After she applied it, I still feel it but it was better than before, then she said, "I told you."After tattoo was done, I said, "The right and the left look different, the right is too straight and the left is curvy." She took a look and said, "No, same!" I said again, "Really? Then maybe just under line here, look?" She just trimmed one hair sticking out and didn't care what I said. So I tried to explain, then she raised her voice and said, "You have to come back for the touch up and then, you can complain!"This is not a complaint, my friends said these are totally two different styles. If the artist can't notice the difference, then it's impossible for her to fix it. I'm so sad. Less

Shirani is an amazing artist 🎨 and knows her stuff. Very professional and caring as well. Regarding pain, I barely felt anything the first time. What is bad about it...is just a bit more painful the 2nd time you go (re-touch), because she has to be more deeper to do the lines ....so don't be afraid to ask for more local anesthesia (topic), cause she will apply more if you needed or ask for more....Overall, I will say best place to do it. The place is clean and sanitize. Parking is available but need to be bit early to find a place that will allow you to park for more than 2hrs. Remember freezing time is 45mts.
