Linda and her team are great - what a relief to find such great cleaners so close by! They were so thorough in their assessment when we asked them for a deep clean for the first appointment, going through every room in the house and pointing out what would be easier or more difficult to clean. She and her team have always been super friendly, punctual, and extensive with all their cleaning - the one thing they don’t do is the dishes. The house always looks pristine afterwards, and the prices are very reasonable for the time they take to complete it all. I have never felt like they overstayed their welcome either.Our only caveat is that at first it was difficult to get in touch with Linda because somehow her phone was not receiving my texts or calls, but since then, she has fixed this, and she has been very approachable and responsive to all communications. Could not say enough great things about Linda and her team! We used them for an initial deep clean and they were incredibly thorough - the only things in our entire house that they don't clean as part of that are the inside of the fridge and inside of the oven - every other area was completely spotless. There was a small amount of dirt that may have been tracked in on to our entry way carpet after the post clean walk through, and Linda went out of her way to come back the following morning with a carpet cleaner no questions asked and left it completely spotless.We just had them out again to start regular monthly cleanings and were just as impressed. All her staff are friendly and very hard workers. Their prices are quite competitive (and better than many other services in the area) and it was very easy to coordinate scheduling and pricing. They degreased the stove, cleaned the inside of the oven, and made sure all the appliances were shiny. They have a carpet cleaning option which was great option for me to bundle up with their normal move out cleaning service.
