We had an issue with some water coming up from the floors in our home this morning .Turns out it was the air-conditioning leaking. I spoke to Progressive Insurance and after I filed the claim, they referred me to Arizona Restoration specialistDallin Bowers arrived within a half an hour he explained what was going on how we got this water damage and it turns out it was from leakage from the air-conditioning system. I highly recommend Arizona restoration specialist for several reasons.They were very punctual when they arrived to the house? They also were very patient with me while answering my questions. illustrating very carefully and thoroughly of what the process would be to repair this situation that every homeowner dreadsI’m very lucky that Progressive Insurance referred me to Arizona Restoration . I trust this company and I feel that they really do care that the homeowner feels comfortable with the entire repair process

Called them in the morning and they sent Dallin over at my available time (Mesa area). Let me know when he was on the way and was right on time. Looked over the kitchen area where I had a large leak and made sure to look over everything thoroughly. I was unsure of the damage and could have easily made something up to try and get my business but advised that everything looked OK and gave me some suggestions on how to ensure everything was dry and what to look out for. Dallin was great and genuinely wanted to help and was not just here to upcharge me on something I didn't need. Hopefully I won't need restoration help in the future but if I do I am definitely calling these guys. Thank you!
