When I started my sessions with Gareth I could hardly use my arm due to pinched nerves in my spine and the pain was awful , I had been suffering for almost 5 months,since having weekly sessions the movement in my arm has improved greatly and the pain has eased significantly.
I would highly recommend Kinetic Therapy and Gareth for making my life more comfortable
