Just had the most amazing experience with Sandra and Annie. Me and my Mum visited for a Third Eye Head Spa. We were in the same room together which was lovely. The tea at the beginning was delicious, and the scalp analysis was so interesting. The treatment room was so relaxing and beautiful. The head spa was incredible. We have never felt more relaxed. After our treatment we went down to the styling room where we had another scalp analysis which was amazing to see the difference. We then styled our hair and it has never felt more healthy or soft. This was an incredible experience and one we cannot wait to rebook. Thank you so much ❤️

My sister and I visited for one of the Japanese Head Spa treatments earlier this week and just want to say how incredible this was! The spa was welcoming and had a homely, tranquil feel. The staff were very kind and the experience truly was amazing from start to finish! The treatment was like nothing we had experienced before and we both said that this was one of the best treatments we had ever done!! We were totally relaxed and at ease! Couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you so much! We will be recommending to everyone we can!

I decided on the White Truffle Gua Sha Glow Glass Skin Ritual facial and WOW. It absolutely did not disappoint whatsoever. I wasn’t really too sure what to expect as I’d never had a korean style facial before, but it was incredible from start to finish. I entered the salon and was greeted with a smiling face, water and a place to sit and change into my slippers. My therapist, Issy, was so lovely and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I even fell asleep at one point because I was so relaxed haha! Highly recommend, my skin looked so glowy afterwards, and it instantly boosted my mood. I felt great all day, I booked this as a little payday treat to myself, and I’ll definitely be booking here again. It felt such a beaut and luxury experience start to finish. Thank you Issy! x

Went in for a birthday treat for my mother! When I walked in I was met by the lovely receptionist who automatically made me feel so calm and relaxed, they let you pick what oils you want with your treatment and the lady who carried out my treatment was amazing!!!! i felt so relaxed and felt like she really took her time and focused on me and what would benefit me for the treatment!! would 100% recommend!!

I was treated to a head spa for mother's day. I've wanted to try it out for ages. What a truly indulgent and beautifully relaxing experience. I very nearly fell asleep! I'm really glad I've found this place and looking forward to next time.

Wow, what an experience, from entering the spa, the ladies on hand made you feel relaxed and welcome - even on a snowy Sunday morning. The treatment itself (I had the root chakra) was just blissful. From the initial scalp analysis, through the foot soak and scrub, to laying down on the comfortable massage bed were all relaxing. And then the treatment started, lovely little facial, multiple head massages, hair washes, building up to the water halo. I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what to expect from that, but wow, it felt amazing. Next time I will definitely add on a body massage of some kind because the rest of me felt a bit left out after my head getting so pampered! Highly recommend if you fancy treating yourself to a few hours to total relaxation.

I was very lucky to get a gift voucher and decided last minute to call the spa... From the first call and getting Agi I was not disappointed I was able to go the same day ( very lucky ) and was welcomed with a nice tea and such a friendly atmosphere and calming.. I had a luxurious treatment and left feeling with amazing skin. the experience is something you must try the water and the steam and the massage is something I never imagined.. luxurious face mask .. can't remember what is is called but the amount of attention to detail certainly is one of the best I have had and worth having a longer treatment as you will not want it to end. Can't thank you enough for yesterday certainly what I needed ...

We had a mum and daughter's spa day and decided on the heart chakra. It was so relaxing and had a beautiful atmosphere. The smells were incredible. first of all you're made very welcome with some tea, plus slippers. You enter a room to take a close look at your scalp to help chose the right products, which are all natural and smell devine. next is the heart chakra feet soak and little foot rub. Then the magic starts, this is the most relaxing head, neck/shoulder massage I've ever had. facial, head massage, hair washed, steamed, brushed gently, then hair rinsed with trickling flows of water it was amazing! The ladies were very attentive, informative, and made you relax as soon as you walked in the door. I would highly recommend Chakra Spa I felt like I was on a cloud when it had finished. It is a lovely place, you are the offered another tea, free to use products and facilities provided to dry your hair. Everything you need was provided. thank you so much for a wonderful time.

I was looking for Christmas present ideas and came across the following treatment - Root Chakra Head Spa: Grounding Ritual (Muladhara) (80 Minutes) and I decided with all the hard work I do I deserved a bit of TLC myself 😂 From start to finish I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed! We had an incredible spa experience here yesterday! We were looking for a spa therapy for our wedding anniversary date, in between school runs. This spa gave us the perfect treat for busy parents. Lucinda went above and beyond to accomodate us. The whole staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Ambiance was relaxing and aesthetically pleasing.
