I was referred to this provider by Price Chiropractic. I couldn't be more thankful. Dr Zimmerman and his staff have really made a difference in my life. My symptoms have improved enough to allow me to slowly function again, and little by little I'm starting to feel better. The staff is extremely understanding, compassionate experienced and knowledgeable. I also feel welcome, taken seriously, understood and supported. My questions and concerns aren't dismissed. Buyer beware…..I should have taken some time to decide if I was ready to commit to the non-refundable $750.00 pre-payment. Once I thought about it and called three days later (after the weekend) to cancel my appointment, scheduled two weeks out, I was informed that they have a no-refund policy. Sure enough, I (foolishly) signed that document. I moved from a state that has a consumer protection law which allows for rescinding a contract within three business days. That is not the law in Idaho. It’s an uncommon practice and policy to make an appointment and pre-pay for that appointment. But that is how this clinic operates, at least with the first set of two appointments. (We are not talking about a 24-48-hours cancellation policy, to be clear.). During my 20-minutes meeting with Dr. Zimmerman, he informed me that he charges $350.00/hour. Based on what appears and feels to be a strong emphasis on financial gain, I was uncomfortable proceeding. I forfeited the $750.00 payment and will instead be working with a naturopath who charges at the conclusion of each appointment — as is customary with EVERY medical and chiropractic professional from whom I have received care. So again, buyer beware. Learn from my foolish mistake, read the “fine print,” before signing.
