Fast response to my initial inquiry, worked us into their schedule very quickly, showed up when they said they would, repaired the hole in our carpet in under a half-hour, and with no issues. I will definitely call them again if we have to babysit our son's stupid dog again.

I had an excellent experience with Carpet Done Right Cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the results! The carpet in our upstairs loft and hallway had several areas that had become loose over time, creating noticeable bubbles and raised spots throughout the carpet. They came out and professionally stretched everything, and the difference is incredible. The carpet is now completely smooth and looks brand new. You honestly cannot even tell where any of the loose areas were before. They also cleaned the carpets in our rooms, hallways, and stairs, and everything came out looking amazing. Even the stairs, which had seen plenty of traffic, look like new again. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job from start to finish, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Instead of feeling like I needed to replace the carpet, it now looks refreshed, clean, and practically brand new.I would absolutely recommend Carpet Done Right Cleaning to anyone needing carpet stretching or professional carpet cleaning. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Five-star service and outstanding results!

Since February of this year, we lost our youngest son to suicide and life has been devastating. Moving out the family home is tough with everyone moving on for a new atmosphere. I needed work done immediately, since a previous quote wasn’t being delivered to get it done. Silvester and Laura were on it! They made themselves available with the utmost professionalism and kindness. The work was quality, especially stretching my carpet and cleaning. You never know what people are going through. Such integrity and business acumen. They have a forever customer. Gif bless!🙏🏽💯

I recently found Doneright Cares Carpet & Repairs from an AI search for removing pet oder from carpet. My dogs have an area in the house that they’ll use when I’m not home to let them out and the carpet smells like pet urine. They came out quickly and deep cleaned the carpet as well as my sofa and rug. They were very kind and helpful and so far the carpet smells clean and fresh!
