It’s a great gym, i was super uncomfortable walking into a gym as obese guy, but everyone made me so comfortable. Tyler is a fantastic coach I worked with Tyler who takes the evening class its been great working with him, he motivates me to push myself, i learned so many new exercises with Tyler, he customises workout based on my ability and considers any pains i have i was able to do squat and deadlift, which i thought were impossible as a new person who was intimidated by the gym. I used to always get intimidated by the people who lift weights, do HIIT, thinking if I will ever be able to do them but thanks to this gym, I could believe in myself and pass that barrier. Such a bad experience when it comes to discounts and cancellation. They talk about discounts and what not while joining. But they never give you as promised and keep charging every month even though you have gave them enough notice to cancel. Very unethical.... More

While I was attending Sasquatch Fitness, I really enjoyed the classes both at the Bridle Trails location and Redmond location. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the reason for the poor review is after I stopped going. Since the location was delayed opening, they gave me the opportunity to start at the Bridel trail's location. For personal reason I decided to move to Seattle and forgot that you have to give a notice for cancellation only to be reminded once I got a charge for 269 on my credit card. I realize this is a common thing to have auto renew (which I hate when companies do this.) but what I don't appreciate is the lack of notification that my subscription is going to renew. I should have remembered this but after 1 year of a lot of other more important things happening, this was the last thing I was thinking of. For those that go month to month, I don't think notifications of renewal is important but for those that pay a year in advance, it would be nice and ethical to notify customers they are set to auto renew. To me that is very shady to get a credit card charge to notify the person. Less

John is so wonderful at making you feel welcomed, seen, and heard. Both he and Mike are fantastic trainers who truly care about their clients' well-being and success. I've never felt comfortable in traditional open gyms, not really having the knowledge of how to use heavy equipment on my own, and fearing injury without supervision. However, I also desired the community aspect of working out with others, so I had never opted for 1:1 personal training. (They do also offer 1:1 coaching!) The solution to my woes was Sasquatch Bridal Trails! John and Mike have really created a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and encouraged to push themselves. They keep the class fun while also keeping an eye on each person to make sure you receive the varying level of attention you need! It's evident that their dedication to their clients goes beyond just physical training, as they are always available to provide guidance and support! And the sense of community they foster makes the workouts even more enjoyable and motivating. Every class starts with a fun “Question of the Day” as an icebreaker and a fun way to build community. What starts with a room full of strangers transforms into a supportive group encouraging each other to push through to the finish line and the end of the workout. I’m not really a gym person. This is not the first time I tried to start gym visits but this is the first time it lasts. Not because of me but the coaches here. I came in being afraid of not being able to workout like others and keep up, but John helped me get pass that mind barrier perfectly, and later on I found out that indeed I didn’t have to worry about that at all. Kameron has been my coach and he’s very professional and considering. He helps everyone in the class adjust the workload to the right amount, to achieve exercise goals and also not hurting you or making it too difficult to complete. We have elderlies in our classes and he helped them getting exercised just right too! I got a back injury and he remembers it across classes, everything including back challenges he checks with me and adjusts the weight, and also lets me know what exercises are good for my back and helps me correctly do them, instead of completely skipping back exercises. I’ve been here for 3 weeks and they have already changed my life a lot. I used to be walking downstairs and feel the knee pain, sitting and feel the back pain(even before I got back injury) (Probably cus I just never work out). And now I don’t feel anything weird at all in my body and I feel most energetic ever. This is not open gym and classes only, subscription based and no frequency limit. I competed in D1 football for 4 years and the workouts we do here are very similar to the training conducted at one of the highest levels of physical competition. This includes safe practices that don’t put your body in jeopardy of injury. You get what you pay for with training and although it’s more expensive than LA Fitness the results make it an exponentially better investment.I’ve lost 25 lbs in 8 months and built back much of the strength I had lost since my playing days. To be fair I also do Yoga 3x a week and started eating better but this gym was a major contributor.Collin is an elite trainer I was sad to see him go but the franchise owner of this location is just awesome so he was able to hire 3 excellent replacements.It’s safer and more functionally effective than any CrossFit gym. If you like CrossFit workouts/results but don’t want to deal with the toxic culture and unsafe practices this is your gym. They also have legit trainers with degrees in Kinesiology and it’s the same price per month as CrossFit gyms that hire their members to run classes. Less

There are people of all skill levels working out which makes it easier to get into and there are usually 3-4 people in a class, more in the later afternoon. Everyone has been set up in their own space separate from each other to do the workout, and between every class there is a full wipe down done by either the Employees or those working out to ensure everything is kept sterile between classes. The work outs are challenging whether it is a body weight workout, personalized weight or set weight as you can push through for a faster time at set weights or push for higher weights when they are adjusted to your strength. When first starting the workouts will be rough as you adjust to the tempo and the lifts. The coaches are good at helping you with the lifts to ensure you are doing them safely. Less
