I am currently doing the 12 week challenge at Sasquatch Strength and so far I am loving it! The workouts are well structured and help with many things such as strength, endurance, and mobility. Not only am I already seeing physical gains but I am already feeling better outside of the gym. I’m sleeping better, my energy levels have increased and overall I’ve been I. a better mood. They have unlimited sessions once you sign up as a member which makes it very easy for me to sign up for classes consistently. Their App is user friendly so signing up is a breeze. Noble the Bellevue GM made enrollment feel educational verses high pressure to signup. He took the time to explain everything and you can tell he truly cares about his staff and the clients at Sasquatch Strength. The best part of the gym is how welcoming and compassionate everyone is. J at the front desk and Noble do a great job of making the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. It’s so nice to be greeted with a warm hello and smile by J every morning. He is so kind and patient when I have questions about the App or upcoming classes. Coach Brett and Coach Tyler are both very passionate and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoy having their guidance during my workouts. They genuinely care about my needs and are quick to come up with an alternative exercises if I’m injured and recovering.Having access to a nutrition coach is invaluable to me.Corey is beyond helpful and always has sound advice for all the questions I have when it comes to my micronutrients plan. He’s been awesome with helping me develop a healthy & practical relationship when it comes to food.The other members of the gym are lovely to interact with. The group class sessions make coming to the gym enjoyable and something I look forward to. We are always rooting for each other which really helps during a hard workout! The classes are fun and not repetitive. The community aspect is what keeps me so excited and wanting to come back day after day.Noble the GM asked me what I was looking for in a gym when I met him for a consultation. I listed off my wants and was hoping the gym had some of what I was looking for but to my surprise they met every requirement and much more. I was looking for a gym that has lots of different class times and the ability to come in when my busy schedule allows. I love that they offer unlimited sessions and that I have access to all 4 locations on the eastside.They have a in-body scanner to track progress and it’s so much more informative than just a number of the scale.Seeing positive results fuels my motivation to continue to push myself and make healthier food choices. I like that the staff and Corey the head nutritionist check in with me frequently to see what’s working and what we might need to tweak. I feel like they genuinely care and want to see me succeed. Sasquatch Strength is exactly what I was looking for.

I've been going to Sasquatch for the past 2 years now. The coaches (Tyler, Brett, and Noble) are amazing. They encourage you every step of the way and are invested in you succeeding. The people who workout here are supportive and encouraging as well. I've seen great improvements to my overall stamina and strength. I highly recommend joining this gym.

The high quality structure and consistency of the workouts, the knowledgeability and dedication of the coaches, the wit and wisdom of fellow members — all that brings me in five days a week without an ounce of hesitation. Over a year now, I’ve come a long way on my path to fitness and continue to remain fully enthusiastic about what awaits going forward. I’m sure this is true of many others as well, but I’m not just a Sasquatch Strength gym-goer, I’m a Sasquatch Strength fan, very much invested in this one-of-a-kind community.

I have been going here for over a year. And this is the best gym I have joined and I have been to a few. Tyler is a fantastic coach that brings valid insights and cheers you on and pushes you the right way.One thing that I would also like to add is that GYMs are known for predatory billing methods to get the last dollar out of you. But this gym is the exception. They will work with you and accommodate in the most fair way possible. They want you to be fit and workout. They are not after your money.

I have been going to Sasquatch Strength for 3 months and I could not be happier. The classes are always interesting and different, the coaches are friendly, encouraging, and really push you to work as hard as you can, and the support from the other members is incredibly infectious when you might be struggling to get through a workout.I have way more energy, I feel stronger, and I feel better about myself. The Bridle Trails group is awesome and if you are looking for a gym to lose weight, gain muscle and feel better, this is the place to go.

I loved attending Sasquatch classes! During the time that I was a member, I dropped several percent body fat, but most importantly gained considerable strength. The instructors were awesome, and I loved the variety of exercises. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It’s a great gym, i was super uncomfortable walking into a gym as obese guy, but everyone made me so comfortable. Tyler is a fantastic coach I worked with Tyler who takes the evening class its been great working with him, he motivates me to push myself, i learned so many new exercises with Tyler, he customises workout based on my ability and considers any pains i have i was able to do squat and deadlift, which i thought were impossible as a new person who was intimidated by the gym. I also felt welcome by Noble who also teached me some of the postures and helped me with my goals.I like coming to the gym we also have a upcoming community event of board games which i look forward to attend.If you want to join a gym its a great place go for it
