I just wanted to recommend St. Charles Pain & Wellness for anybody reading these reviews. The staff and Dr Hertz are always there to greet you with a smile and to take care of your needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hertz for many years. He is an amazing chiropractor who really cares about his patients well being. He spends the necessary time with you to address all of your pains/concerns. I have never felt rushed through my appointment and always given the support I need. The office staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Hertz does a wonderful job of adjusting my back and neck. His receptionist, Melissa, is very pleasant, friendly and also very competent in her job. I definitely recommend going there.

Best chiropractor ever!

I won't miss an appointment at SCPWC - they've got my back and neck back into a pain-free status (unless I do something stupid). Regular maintenance appointments keep me able to put on my own socks (could not do that for a long while)! And, while I won't call it a herniated disc, I did have a protrusion out the middle of my spine that Dr Jacobs was able to work back to normal - feels great! Highly recommended!

Love love love this Chiropractor! Dr Hertz is amazing, gentle & kind, down to earth. He is honest about what treatment will look like and works with us when we can’t always make it regularly.
