I reached out for more information and had to schedule a meeting at the gym to talk about the price of classes and what classes are like because they were unwilling to talk about it over messages. When I showed up I was told I needed to fill out a waiver with my name, address, phone number, place of employment, etc in order to talk to me. I told them if I needed a waiver to be in the building I can step outside so we could talk numbers, but the employee was uncomfortable with that. I ended up walking away. Seems like a cool place, but it's a shame they can't be up front about the cost of classes or private sessions.

VJ and his quality staff are the absolute exception. VJ's attention to detail is unmatched. If you are seriously looking for a gym/exercise professionals that honestly care......just do it! 5 stars!

VJ is a great trainer and worth every penny and your time. He is very educated and adaptable. He really invest and wants his clients to do well and succeed. I was able to build a solid foundation of knowledge thanks to him with boxing and bodybuilding style workouts that I continue to use years later on my own.

VJ, Chris and other trainers are absolutely amazing!! I moved to Columbia for the summer as a young woman without knowing anybody, and wanted to get in shape. I went to a Saturday meet-up at FitX, and I never looked anywhere else. The morning kickboxing sessions were led by Chris, who is a very talented martial artist. I never felt uncomfortable and always felt encouraged. I highly recommend anyone going to FitX!!

VJ is a great instructor and F.I.T. X is an amazing gym! The classes are small so you don't feel awkward if you're new, and VJ tailors each class differently according to what you'd like to get out of the session, so it keeps your workouts fresh and exciting. I love the mix of equipment and punching bag usage. VJ is a very attentive and caring instructor who is passionate about what he does and loves talking to people. He also offers personal training sessions throughout the day to fully tailor the experience to your needs. I wish I had found this place sooner, F.I.T. X truly is a hidden gem in Columbia that you need to get in on!
