My son had never been to tutoring until around 2 months before sitting the Selective Test this year. One of our friends recommended C3 and I think C3 Education is excellent. Mr. James provides very professional guidance and advice. The C3 team is responsible and friendly, their classes are fun and encouraged for children. We were initially very hopeful when we enrolled our son at C3 Education Wahroonga for one-on-one tuition in both Maths and English.At the beginning, the experience was excellent. Our son's first Maths tutor was fantastic, and he made significant progress. However, after that tutor left the centre, the standard dropped rapidly, and we no longer saw the same positive results.Our experience with the English tuition was unfortunately poor from the outset. Despite trying a replacement, we saw little to no improvement in our son's abilities or confidence in the subject.Perhaps most frustrating was the decline in the overall service. What began as a professional and reliable service devolved over time. Tutors began arriving late for sessions, and we experienced several last-minute cancellations, which was very disruptive.It's a genuine shame because the office manager was always friendly and approachable. However, the inconsistent quality of the tutoring and the lack of professionalism from the tutors ultimately led us to withdraw our son. We started off happy but felt the service and value were no longer there in the end.
